I had an interaction with their representative Deepanjoy. And the guy gave me an amazing suppport completely from A to Z. Explained everything in the best way possible via zoom and screensharing. Highly recommend and book a call with him directly.

Good support deep and joy jumped on a call fast and helped the set up. Very fast and effective now waiting to actually test it out for tiktok

This tracking app is so accurate, it has been a life changing for me since I been using it. I tracks accurate data and way better than any other shopify tracking apps, I have tested plenty of them over the past 2 years and this one is the best one. I highly recommend you guys check it out.

Deepanjoy est vraiment formidable, il m'a aidé à résoudre un problème que j'avais de liaison de pixel, je n'arrivais plus à m'en sortir. Il a pris la main sur mon ordinateur et à pu résoudre mon problème en quelques minutes. Je ne sais pas ce que j'aurai fais sans lui. Une aide précieuse. Merci Deepanjoy et Trackify !!

I had set up my pixel incorrectly and received excellent support from Deepanjoy. They responded instantly and jumped on a Zoom call to help me set everything up. The app has great features and excellent support. I would highly recommend it!

I am new to this app and ran into a pixel issue while setting up the app. Mr. Deepanjoy and his team checked the issue and fixed the problem timely. Their customer service is great. I am satisfied with the customer service they provide.
