I didn’t know that Facebook tokens could expire, and for a few days my server-side events weren’t being tracked. Thankfully, the Trackify support team explained everything clearly and helped me fix the issue. Now everything works perfectly again. The app is powerful once properly set up — and their support makes a real difference.
