I didn’t know that Facebook tokens could expire, and for a few days my server-side events weren’t being tracked. Thankfully, the Trackify support team explained everything clearly and helped me fix the issue. Now everything works perfectly again. The app is powerful once properly set up — and their support makes a real difference.

Trackify X made managing multiple Meta pixels effortless. Setup was quick, support (shoutout to Etien!) was amazing, and our ROAS has jumped since using it. Catalogue syncing is now seamless!

The customer service is very good. I needed some clarifications and they helped me right away. We communicated via WhatsApp. I installed the app two days ago and I’m still testing it.
