Great app and service. My Pixel didn't track properly all the time, I noticed a huge difference on the first day of using the app. I also received help when I asked about problems. I am very satisfied!

Bad Experience with the app, in a week it crashed 2 times, none of the app reps informed me so we were running without a pixel... this is NOT cool. the app initially looked very promising due to the multiple pixels etc, However they must work on their STABILITY and actually inform store owner & tell them what to do when the app crashes (i had to go to event manager and then understand that for 2 days the app isn't sending any server events...)
We sincerely apologize for your recent bad experience, the recent outages were due to Los Angeles wildfires severing a core network cable to our main Quadranet server facility that houses our largest server, which powers Trackify - and that is why this outage has lasted so long.

Excellent support service and troubleshooting skills. Tanmay, thank you very very much for your help! We struggled since february to set everything right with the pixel. With this application and with Tanmay’s help we did solve everything in a few hours!

Tanmay has been so patient and very kind to jump on calls with me late at night and early morning, ive had some issues with my pixel not firing (not their fault) issues with Fb, It wasnt his job to help me but he went above and beyond to help. Wow - Tanmay was INCREDIBLE and got me back up and running! I installed Trackify this morning (after having a different app installed and getting no help and it was a bit of a disaster) and Tanmay had me up and running within ONE HOUR. It was incredible! Not only that, he taught me about the pixels and how they work properly and the differences between master and collection pixels. I can't recommend Trackify enough, especially Tanmay!
