Very nice and reactive support i just installed the app can't wait to see the difference with tracking. Edit 10/06/24 : I was skeptical about this app but after 2 weeks of use i can say that everything are tracked. It's even more than that, with all new data transfered to Facebook i got a better conversion rate.

My Facebook Pixel stopped recording activity on my Shopify store several months ago. Both FB and Shopify stated repeatedly that the pixel was installed correctly but still no activity was recorded. This was a huge (negative) impact to my marketing campaigns and sales. Another store owner recommended I try Trackify. Within hours, Facebook was tracking activity on my Shopify store again! When I had a question about UTM tracking, I contacted Trackify support. Tanmay reached out immediately and explained the concept to me. He helped me set it up quickly. This app is amazing. I can't wait to use all the data Trackify follows.

I've been using the service and paying for several months - lately I received 3 emails with a date countdown that my trial is expiring in 15 days, then in 3 days and now. I sent multiple emails trying to verify why this is happening and if everything will continue to work as expected in the back-end with 0 responses so my review is; the tool is fine but there is 0 customer service so if you ever need help like myself, you might be stuck figuring it out. I might just uninstall and support someone else.
