This is one of the best apps out there, the tracking page is clean and organized and easy to customizable. They even let you try most of the features you need to pay to get for free which is a plus like customer notifications and removal branding. But the feature I like the most is the estimated delivery date (EDD), it allows you to give the estimated delivery date to the customer just like Amazon did and their customer service is great and quick to respond, I have great pleasure working with Richie. I would recommend this app.

Masking Rules Don't Work (Costing Me Business!) This app's masking rules feature is absolutely broken. It's supposed to hide or replace content to protect my brand image, but it does NOTHING. I've reported this issue TWICE in the past two weeks, and there's been zero response from customer support. In the meantime, I'm LOSING BUSINESS because I can't control the content users see. This is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app until they fix this critical feature.

I had an issue so I contacted the live chat and Richie was great! She helped me with whatever I needed and then some more. I would definitely recommend this service.
