When I started using Trackingmore, I expected the basics of package tracking. However, I received so much more. Their user-friendly interface made tracking multiple shipments effortless, even for a beginner like me. But what truly stood out was Richie's exceptional assistance. UPDATED: Everything was fixed, they also refunded me for a month, then they continued to update me. I still continue to use this app.

Serious privacy issues! I tried using this app and uninstalled it in hours due to app security. In customer support chat I have seen all chats and info from different shops. I had access to other stores and their order info (including customers info) prior integration. I have never been so shocked - DO NOT INSTALL.

I have tried many of the tracking apps and this one stands out as the best based on features, notifications and price. The only thing better than the app was the support from Ashley, I had a small issue with getting tracking to sync up to my site which they have gone above and beyond to try and help. 5 Stars.

This app is great! They offer a free plan that is better than other's paid plans! They have all of the carriers you want, and they will remove the branding for you if you ask. I spoke to Mary today and she was absolutely the best customer service agent I've spoken to in ages. Remember if you want to have a map and the customer's address, you will need to customize the theme that it comes with.
