I 100% recommend this app for those who are starting with Shopify. This was my first pick 2 years ago and I've been extremely happy about the way it works and, most important, the Customer Service is quick and very responsive. Ashley helped me with a minor issue and everything has been solved within minutes. They have also changed the plans and the free now is a sweetspot for me. If you're launching your brand new Shopify store, don't look furrther: you already found what you need. What I love: - tracking page very nice, specially from mobile - customization of the tracking page easy and intuitive - Dashoard with the current status of the orders' statuses - Customer service very responsive

So far after 1 day of use after getting wonderful setup support from Mary I’m very happy. As a dropshipper many customer do no read (and it’s everywhere) that it takes 14 days to receive orders and start panicking and email me a few even rudely and this tracking helps greatly… it has a EDD feature for the product card, it integrates into to orders table showing status as well as 1 click tracking from the orders table. If it works as reliably as it has for day 1 it will be on my site for all 365.

The app is incredibly user-friendly, boasting a clear interface and a plethora of options for customizing the tracking page. I was particularly delighted with the round-the-clock, friendly, and responsive customer support. They went the extra mile to help me change the font style on my tracking page to match the one I use throughout my entire website, even though this font wasn't originally on the list of supported fonts. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this app!

I need to look for an alternative as I have had issues with this more than once. the correct updates and latest updates are not coming through to Shopify - their excuse is they put this from the carriers (my recent example was an order that was changed from Hermesworld to Global Cainiao to Evri) they keep asking me what to change this to, to display the correct information. 1 - we should be raising these basics and 2 as a tracking expert you need to tell business owners what is the best route to take. Constantly have to babysit orders to make sure the correct info is displayed for the relevant trigger to be triggered and notify my customer instead of focusing on how to run my business.
