They have been very attentive to fixing issues and seem detecated to improving their app. Still a few things to work out but nice to see.

We successfully helped you to automate the logistics to check all your shipments. 3. You only used 6 minutes, Just to give us a bad review, which hurts us tremendously， I think that we have a misunderstanding here, we will also explain this to Shopify officials. 自动化做的不错，自动化帮我进行物流查询，设置店铺的查询导航，让我的用户购买后直接在店铺网站进行物流查询，减少了我自己给用户发物流单号的工作，可以取悦我的买家， 国内这家做的挺好的，还有专人的服务支持，遇到问题也可以及时解决，太卷了，不过对我们商家来说还是挺好的~

价格不贵功能强大，太方便了 。省了很多售后。一些查询追踪页、邮件卖家通知很快就设置完成了，排版设计也很好，比较人性化，主要是客户体验好就OK，基本完成后就可以忙自己的业务去了，后期加入一些流量引荐就更完美了~

非常方便，可以让客户更加方便地查询自己的订单，好app 。以后客户再也不用选择发货渠道来查询了，一站到位，如果后面可以的话，用手机号查询，那就完美了，客户都可以不用复制订单号，而且有些收款设置是不留邮箱的。

The built-in brand inquiry tracking page works well for me, allowing my users to inquire at my store and customer service support to respond promptly, I made some suggestions and hope it can continue to improve!

They deleted over 450+ tracking's in our system with no warning or explanation...... Do not use these guys as they will just delete tracking numbers from there system causing your customers to be very upset. I used them and they seriously hurt our business without any notice or care.
