Just got the app and the tracking page looks great! I needed a little help to get the code in the shipping emails, but Daniel (from the chat) was right there ready to help. Instead, he did everything for me. AMAZING!

The support team at Tracktor is AMAZING! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had the pleasure of working with CS - Abby. She helped me set up order tracking on all of my website (Shopify) customer shipping and order notification emails. She originally sent me the guide on how to do it, but since it had to do with part of the code on my theme, I was not comfortable with doing it. No hesitation, she offered to collaborate with me and took control. She completed it within 5 minutes all while I was still in the chat feature. Superb! Then I asked her why all my orders were not registering in the Tracktor dashboard. She noticed I was using a vendor that required a different mapping and offered for her team to assist. Once again it was done very quickly. Great support team, customer service skills, personable, helpful, and provides recommendations. I will never use another order-tracking APP! Thank you Abby & the entire Tracktor CS Team. YOU ROCK! :)

A really great App with awesome customer support. Really helpful and caring about their customers. This is a must-have for everyone who wants their customers to track orders on your Shopify website.

Our customers always ask the question, "Where is my order?" This app solved that problem by creating a simple but beautiful tracking page for our customers to use whenever they need. The support team has been super helpful with all of our requests and we have already seen a huge reduction in customer service requests. Thanks team!

I ship from US to Brazil, and tracking from brazilian correios can be confusing sometimes. I had some questions and Abby from customer support was awesome! he help me a lot to fix few issues on brazilian tracking number, making my customers understand better to track their orders and made my job much easier. App is easy to use and setup! Thank you ABBY and Tracktor!! Its worth every penny!

I like Tracktor for the information it provides to our customers but I am really disappointed that I need ANOTHER app in order to change order status automatically. I can't use Shopify Flow. The main reason I installed this app in the first place was to be able to update our customers as to where their order was in our processing queue based on the time that has passed. We may keep it installed on our store and we may not. I haven't decided yet.

I'll start off by saying that I think the tracking page could be better looking. It's not bad, but it isn't as polished as I'd like. Aside from that, the app is a tracking power tool that I wouldn't want to be without. We can track orders straight from the order page. Tracktor connects with the Orderly emails templates - so customers get a nice-looking shipping confirmation with the Tracktor page linked to it. All in all, this is the app to go with, if you're looking for a very solid tool for tracking. And their support is helpful too.

I've been using the Tracktor app since Nov. 2020. I dropship from AliExpress using Oberlo and this app functions beautifully with my business model. I've had experience with the app itself and also the customer support and I don't have anything bad to say. I've been able to contact support to help me with the setup and hid the word "AliExpress" from my customer's tracking page as a carrier. This app allows you to see your average "days to delivered" per carrier so you can update your shipping policy page accordingly and quote shipping times better. Also, I was able to code in some notices on the tracking page on my site to let customers know of any shipment delays that might be going on along with our customer support email should they have any questions. You can also hide certain, locations if you don't want your customer to see that their package is coming from China, but I leave that alone, I want my customers to know where their package is coming from, transparency is important to us. It's just a great app and it helps to curb all those "Wheres my order?" emails we love so much, ha!

I really love Tracktor, it's been a great addition to my store. It makes it easy for customers to check the status of orders and it links nicely with vendors I dropship from.

THIS COMPANY DIDN'T HONOR LEGACY PLAN FOR FOUNDER SUCH SHAMEFULL PRATICE! Stay away, they billing model charge you per month + per order. So you will have tons of usages fees on your monthly statement.
We have always honored any legacy billing for all merchants. For our current plans which offer more flexibility, there is a per order charge. Shopify billing practices are to process usage charges every 24 hours and individually list charges on the invoice. Your monthly Shopify invoice will include one total usage charge and a subscription fee. Only work for 2 orders out of many. We are using GDex, Poslaju in Malaysia. Wasted lots of our time. Spent 2 - 3 weeks going back and forth and it still doesn't work.

Perfect! Great customer service they take the time to do small fixes for you and are super kind. App can translate the languge of the shipping pages and people can easily track where their package is, as well as you can track where your orders are with a great and effective database.
