Best tracking app ever. I love this app and I love their super fast customer service. Highly recommended!

One word GREAT + Amazing customer service. Why 4 stars and not 5 then? Because at that price there are some features that are missing like: 1. Ability to send emails for custom statuses 2. Ability to see the Tracktor Order Status from "Orders" and mass update Order Status This would make it a 5-star app Some competitors have these features for a lower price (albeit not developed perfectly) and the difference in price is well justified given the customer service received.

I am sorry for a delayed review but it is a tested one for sure. We have been using this app for more than 2 months now and it is fantastic. it has reduced customer queries by 40% and site looks pro. Noah from the team was very helpful in assisting with full installation. All of my requests we duly attested and executed. I wish they had a ANNUAL discounted payment option. Thanks for this! Excellent Plugin to track order status. Moreover, tracktor support team gave me much instant help to fix our issues. Customer can track their shipping automatically in our store and it is quite helpful. Highly recommend TRACTOR. It integrates diverse shipping carriers and can map whatever you like. Its support team did an excellent job!

This is a great app. and delivers a great user experience for customers looking to track their order. Installation is simple, the app. perfectly inherited the styles of our website, and it's a fast, intuitive user experience for customers to check the status of their order. Overall, the app itself and the support have met expectations, though we haven't been using it long enough to see how it's really affected sales conversions. However, in implementing the app, we were disappointed to learn it isn't possible to utilize the shipping tracking number as part of the functionality, which seems fairly standard for Ecommerce purchases nowadays. We were told this was being worked on, but we'd like to have a more firm time frame as to when this feature may be available.

Awesome app, fits in with my theme and keeps customers on the website. Has reduced customer emails, requesting tracking before we have had a chance to send them the automated shipment email. Two thumbs up!

TheShopPad team has been exceptional in not only providing a world class product for us, but remarkably great service as well. Tracktor App was the perfect solution we were looking for that would integrate international shippers and show results in a clean and effective layout. We were thrilled when we found the app, and overjoyed when the support team - Noah & Allen went ahead and installed it on our store, fixed the layout and got us going in two days. I would definitely recommend them not only to other shopify merchants but to ALL #India Shopify merchants as well, as all of India shipping companies are already integrated in Tracktor app for our store www.IMbesharam.com Update: Reached out to Allan to help with improving the layout of the fields and tracktor page, they followed up thoroughly, and inspite of the job taking longer time due to the nature of request, it was handled professionally and cheerfully. This is GOLD standard support, which merchants like us seek.

This is a must have app for all e-commerce stores. The team behind it is on the ball and willing to do on the fly integrations. We are based in malaysia and use a not-so-famous postal service. The tracktor team was able to integrate it successfully within a night. Most impressed.
