App does a great job for customer order tracking. It is easy to use and setup. We added a custom status (in production) easily. This requires you to manually update an order status. Sometimes when manually udating a order with the custom status, it defaults the page back to the app details instead of the order. Otherwise I love the app and recommend it.

Not worth it you get so many look ups and have to pay for them so if 1 customer checks there tracking say 10 times that 10 look ups that count towards your total. Its not per customer it the amount of times they use it. Items showing coming from China when posted in Australia like really

Installed it today and working great on my site at bestinvariety.com! I contacted customer service via chat with my initial issue and I was helped right away with no waiting. Very happy with the app! Thank you.

We recently downloaded the Tracktor app in our Shopify store. While there is a little bit of a learning curve, the support team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They have made this a wonderful experience and we are so excited to offer this tracking tool to our customers! Highly recommend!

Really useful app! more custom status options would be nice but the quantity available is great. Support are really responsive and quick at getting any problems fixed!

This app is now the real deal. Back in 2017 when we were considering using it we couldn't bulk edit statuses. Now we can and I love it!

So far so Good. It is working for my store and I am enjoying it. It has cut down on a number of emails from customers asking where their orders are.

AWESOME App! The only thing that is missing is some analytics and data.... you can't even tell how many people tracked their orders using the app...

LOVE. I was able to really easily install this app and integrate into my store and customer emails. My shop, Babe Basics, is a dropship store, and I'm usually dealing with multiple packages per customer. Now, it's really easy for me or my customer to be able to track each component of an order in the seamlessly integrated UI. Plus, I can share the tracking page with my customers as soon as they place an order, cutting down on the number of "where is my order" emails I have to answer!
