Shopify Translate & Adapt

I wish I could give it zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was manually translating a language and it took one of the "free" auto translate spots for it. The system is clunky and slow and the customer service was completely clueless. Avoid, you'll end up needing another solution anyway so just get it now.

iT IS NOT WORKING

Terrible! This app does not translate properly, translations are weird and even inconsistent. Moreover, sometimes you need to do translations manually, and if later you happen to create a new product by copying an existing product that was translated manually, the translation of the old product will be shown and will not translate automatically, you can only do it manually! It is a pure nightmare! I was struggling so much with this app! regret installing it, and now will uninstall.

Ehrlich, man sagt der App sie soll automatisch übersetzen, aber sie übersetzt nicht, es kommt zu unnötigen Tranlating missing Fehler auf die Webseite und dafür braucht man ja so eine APP leider nicht.

They removed the perfectly usable translation feature from Shopify to force to install this garbage app.

Complete Chaos - languages in Shopify are a drama without end. Really, really, bad. Need real structural solutions, not another AI!

this app does not do what its supposed to and I see people had the same problem years ago so probably you're never going to fix it

It messed up my entire store. Translating things into the most crazy new words.

Translations work well but does not work at all with metafields, translates metafields and breaks for example Judge.me from working in translated languages by translating Judge.me metafields also does not offer anykind of way to mass delete the translated metafields only solution they offer is do each product manually. Disappointment from Shopify's own App.

Why would you translate metafields? And if so WHY no control over what it translates?

Bad update, seems like my webshop is partly in Dutch and partly in English. Very disturbing as I can't change the language pieces easily to the Dutch/English language

sucks.

Loads of bad translations, sometimes doesn't even translate at all. Not reliable in my opinion.
