One of my friends had previously logged in to triple whale whilst using my laptop. A few days later I decided to also start using it. When I clicked the app link to install and open, I filled out all the normal information as you'd expect. The problem is, it connected my store to my friends and shockingly there is no way of removing the account and disconnecting it from my friends using any of the settings. I asked support, but got a few very patronising responses saying they can't be disconnected from each other but then again they also said that if that's what I wanted then I can never use the app again, very odd, offered zero actual help, very disappointed overall.

TripleWhale is a game-changer if you're serious about scaling your business. Having used the app, I can say that it’s an essential tool for any eCommerce store owner. The Facebook dashboard alone doesn’t cut it. TripleWhale fills in the gaps with precise, actionable data that’s crucial for hitting your targets.

App is great. I like the variety of attribution models. What really sold me is the customer service from my account rep. He was eager to help, asked me to set up a follow up meeting, recorded everything so I can reference later and was efficient. That, to me, is worth the price.

has so many complicated cool features but missing so many basics such as: does not pull the shipping costs from Shopify while apps with 3x times cheaper easily does this. has 100500 useless integration but no integration with Shopify shipping, Gateway fees etc. 2. can't even see sales or net profit per brand in the store . and many others I told them about shipping pull-up a year ago, nothing! told them today, they recommend me to upload CSV with shipping prices or count average using CALC ,annually! for 300$ + per months LOOL we have $4.5 shipping , and 100$ shipping and this app does not differentiate it. so you need to guess your average cost per shipping etc. so support slow as F, implemented 100x useless features, but still not have all the basics that 30$ p/m app has but they does not. I do not know where they looking. and I can't imaging why this cost a thousands of dollars per year and I still need to use calc to count (2+2)/2 average shipping cost on monthly basis. unbelievable I am tired to write to their useless support, who not even read your question and need 30-40 min describe simplest thing. they only know how to send links to manual and telling me that they do not have this feature. and added it to the future feature list - but this will NEVER happen. I am the user of this a 1 year +

Not compatible with Shopify Product Bundle App. Having big issues. All my bundles disappeared.

Triple Whale – A Platform That's Lost Its Way Triple Whale was once a promising tool for e-commerce brands to gain insightful data and streamline decision-making. However, the platform has deteriorated so much over time that it now feels more like a liability than an asset. Buggy and Slow: Triple Whale has become frustratingly buggy and slow. Loading times are unbearably long, making it nearly impossible to access key data when you need it most. The platform feels outdated, and its performance issues are a major hindrance to any fast-paced e-commerce operation. Unreliable Facebook Integration: The platform’s supposed "seamless" integration with Facebook Ads is a joke. Data syncing is inconsistent, and crucial metrics are often missing or incorrect. This lack of reliability makes it impossible to trust the insights Triple Whale provides, rendering it useless for optimizing ad campaigns. Support is Unhelpful: If you encounter an issue (which is inevitable), don't expect support to resolve it—or even acknowledge it. Their support team seems to live in denial of the platform's glaring flaws, brushing off customer concerns instead of taking meaningful action. This lack of accountability only adds to the frustration. Getting Worse Over Time: Rather than improving, Triple Whale has gotten worse. Updates seem to create more problems than they solve, and the platform's core functionality has become increasingly unstable. It feels like the developers are focused on adding flashy, unnecessary features instead of fixing the basics. Not Worth the Cost: For a tool that claims to save time and increase profitability, Triple Whale is an expensive headache. The platform's inability to perform its core functions reliably means you're essentially paying to babysit a broken system. Final Thoughts: Triple Whale is no longer the cutting-edge solution it once aspired to be. It’s become a buggy, slow, and unreliable platform that overpromises and severely underdelivers. If you're serious about your e-commerce data, look elsewhere—Triple Whale will only waste your time, money, and patience.

We have absolutely loved switching over to Triple whale this past year! It has been so helpful in our weekly reporting, and the constant influx of new and improves features is unmatched! They are constantly improving, and are a great source of truth for us. We use triple whale to scale and analyze a lot of our spend within our ad accounts, and have loved incorporating it into our daily performance review!

TripleWhale is a great service for paid media attribution, but the recent addition of Amazon data has made it even more valuable for us. We now have a true Business Intelligence dashboard integrating all our e-commerce sales and paid media channels with relevant metrics for decision making. For $200 a month, nothing else comes close. It's great to see that they are continually improving the app with more and more features. Thanks guys!

The most important app to have if you're serious about scaling is definitely TripleWhale. The Facebook dashboard will only get you so far, and if you're aiming to crush your goals, you know that data is key. The exact data you've been craving is all at TripleWhale. You won't regret a single penny spent on it, and the best part is, if you ever need help with setup, technical issues, or anything in general, their customer service team is super helpful. You'll also get your own success manager — for us, it's Jenna, and she's incredibly responsive and helpful with our requests!

There are only a handful of apps that we use and this one is special. Triple Whale allows me to see my spend vs revenue across all marketing platforms from Amazon to Meta to Google and more... its so helpful to understand the business on an hour to hour basis because if ads are not running you will know pretty quickly that there is an issue and a quick check of the app every few hours keeps me in the loop. Other apps we recommends are Finaloop ( replaces accountant fees completely) and pretty Damn Quick (checkout) and our favorite is LABL (shipping insurance) but they give you a % of revenue) which is MUCH better than Route in every way. After testing the tool for a few weeks, we can definitely see how it can add value to a business. -Consolidate information from multiple sources -Understand customer traffic and purchases -Cross validate on platform metrics versus several attribution models -Gain confidence in budget allocation -Analyse ROI on various initiatives plus much more additional functionality, such as automated reporting, custom metrics, anomaly detection, OOS updates, cohort analysis. It is worth noting that setting up was pretty straight forward, and the CS team is always happy to help. While confident in my current appraisal, I mean to revise this review once I've had time to action on the insights that the tool is already providing us with.

TW has been a game changer as far as visibility into paid performance for Swoveralls. We've only scratched the surface of what it can do, but it's ease of use and the helpful support behind the tool has helped level up our marketing game.

Admittedly, it can seem overwhelming at first glance, but rest assured, everything is designed to be beneficial and user-friendly. One valuable piece of advice: schedule an onboarding appointment. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they have a knack for explaining things in simple, human terms. We’ve been using TW for about a year and a half now. It’s overall a good tool, not great. Perhaps they’re still a small company, but they have a ton of visual bugs to iron out. The UX is also good, but not great. Their update to the retro icons style made things less user friendly. They say the integrate with Shopify, but they are far from actually integrating. You can’t filter the Pixel data based on any order or customer tags, which makes it super limiting. It would be amazing if you could filter the Pixel table data based on specific Shopify product data such as product type, etc. We’re overall still mostly happy customers, especially with the introduction of the organic channels in the Pixel table. They do have pretty responsive customer chat support, a must have for any Shopify app. We still think it needs a lot of UX love. Just wanted to give feedback on what would make it a 5-star experience for us.

Triple Whale has been fundamental for us in better understanding the true performance and attribution of our advertising campaigns. We now have clearer insight into where to optimize our ad budgets and know which creative is winning as well as which ones are under performing. Not only has this allowed us to generate more sales, but it has also enabled us to be more profitable by making better decisions in our accounts!
