TrueProfit has been a game-changer for tracking real profit in real time. It gives me a much clearer view of net profit by factoring in product costs, shipping, fees, and ad spend—far beyond the basic Shopify reports. The Marketing Attribution insights are also very useful for understanding where orders are coming from and making better budget decisions. Support has been excellent. Durra was fast, patient, and very clear in explaining how the tracking and attribution work, and helped me configure things the right way. Highly recommended if you want accurate margins and smarter decisions across your store(s).

This app is amazing, super accurate and so much easier than trying to work out numbers by yourself. I had a small issue and reached out to customer support, within 5 minutes I had a reply (and a fix) from Customer service rep Grace. Would rate them even higher if I could!

The app is really great and easy to setup, the customer support is incredible they are always watching for errors you could have made settings up the shipping costs etc. That's how Vani from the customer support helped me fix my shipping rates were I made a big mistake!
