horrible, i specifically asked their support how to make sure im not charged again for the subscription and they told me to uninstall the app which i did. this month i was changed AGAIN and it wasnt even installed. i messaged their support 3 times and haven't gotten a reply in the last 2 weeks....
Hi BrickHelmets store admin, We completely understand your concern and appreciate you reaching out to us to make sure you wouldn’t be charged again. The charge occurred because Shopify automatically processes subscription fees at the start of each billing cycle, as the app was uninstalled after the cycle had already begun. We’ve identified an internal system issue that delayed our response, and we’ve taken steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I personally think the app is overpriced for what it offers. The integration with Shopify is great but if you have a decent amount of expenses outside of Shopify you have to enter all of those manually. There is no integration with Quick Books or a way to bulk import expenses. That said they do have great customer service and are very responsive and helpful. Vani and Gabriel specifically have been great.

I was a bit confused on how to setup my bundles cost of goods as it was a bit tricky navigating the app but Durra was very helpful in doing this for me, durra invited me to a google meeting and took me step by step on how to input all my cost of goods accurately and correctly and it was a lot simpler than i thought thanks to her help, durra was very nice and kind and very helping, great customer service.
