Very good, Harper was a very helpful rep! Explaining everything in regards to the app very clearly. Even setup a google meeting and went through every detail to setup the correct shipping costs and transaction fees. Very happy with the service I received!

The customer support of trueprofit is just amazing and also the calculation on everything of the app is on point, the agent called Grace was so pleasant to talk to and she offered me quick call as soon as she knew that I had issue with calculation.
