The customer support of trueprofit is just amazing and also the calculation on everything of the app is on point, the agent called Grace was so pleasant to talk to and she offered me quick call as soon as she knew that I had issue with calculation. I will use this app for long time from now on for sure.

I was a bit hesitant about the app, but it was SO good. I had a minor confusion (I´m not the best with numbers) I asked their support. I did not have to go through some dump chat bot, I got right to a nice assistant who set up a meeting with me on google meet. She gave me a quick tour of all the functions and how to use the app! Truely amazing!

Attention all business owners! It's essential to double-check the accuracy of your refund versus returns data. Shopify's financial summary counts all return requests as issued refunds, which can be misleading. Not all return requests are accepted, and not all approved returns end up refunded. Stay vigilant to ensure more precise results. I've discussed this concern with the TrueProfit team, but they believe making changes now isn't practical. So, choose wisely. Accurate net profit reporting is crucial for all of us.

I tried all the different profit apps, and landed on this one as my favorite. While some of the others have slicker dashboards and cleaner email reports, True Profit provides great data, plus the pricing is better than the other apps. They're lacking some features when it comes to shipping options, like being able to account for standard vs express costs (currently they can't pull that data). But they seem to be working on things constantly, so I'm sure it will be there one day. Chat help is very fast and very helpful, which is much appreciated.
