Shopify's financial summary counts all return requests as issued refunds, which can be misleading. Not all return requests are accepted, and not all approved returns end up refunded. Stay vigilant to ensure more precise results. I've discussed this concern with the TrueProfit team, but they believe making changes now isn't practical. So, choose wisely. Accurate net profit reporting is crucial for all of us.

I tried all the different profit apps, and landed on this one as my favorite. While some of the others have slicker dashboards and cleaner email reports, True Profit provides great data, plus the pricing is better than the other apps. They're lacking some features when it comes to shipping options, like being able to account for standard vs express costs (currently they can't pull that data). But they seem to be working on things constantly, so I'm sure it will be there one day. Chat help is very fast and very helpful, which is much appreciated.
