This is one of the most functional products that streamlines our entire business and removed a hefty weight from our team. Easily the best money I've spent this year for productivity. Trunk team was able to sync all my Square inventory across 12 locations forcing it to act as one centralized inventory overcoming a massive hurdle that Square seems to continuously ignore for small mobile locations. This has been an absolute game-changer! Now, a customer can place an order at one location for pickup on our next day at that site and Trunk overwrites my inventory at ALL OTHER LOCATIONS so that I don't oversell what we actually truly have in stock for the week. On top of that, their team is AMAZING to work with. Solutions oriented, good listeners and designers to implement something that didn't natively exist. WHO does that anymore!? I was treated like a valued customer with respect and responsiveness. Couldn't love this product or team more!

We really wanted Trunk to be the answer for syncing inventory between our Shopify stores, but unfortunately, it ended up creating more problems than it solved. At first, it seemed like a solid tool, but over time it became a constant headache. The monthly subscription price kept creeping up, which might have been manageable if the software actually worked as expected — but it didn’t. The biggest issue we faced was inventory accuracy. With thousands of SKUs, Trunk repeatedly made mistakes when updating stock levels between stores. We dealt with frequent oversells and found in-stock items marked as unavailable. These errors weren’t just annoying — they hurt our bottom line and disrupted our operations. Fixing these issues required a lot of manual intervention, which completely defeats the purpose of using an automation tool in the first place. It’s been time-consuming, costly, and damaging to customer confidence. After giving it plenty of time and chances to improve, we’ve decided to walk away. If you’re managing a large catalog or multiple stores, be careful — this app might end up doing more harm than good.

At first, we couldn’t believe an app could handle inventory syncing this quickly. There's a lot of hype and empty promises out there, but very few tools actually deliver. After reading the overwhelmingly positive feedback, we decided to give it a try - and we’re glad we did. Trunk works exactly as advertised. Inventory is synchronized almost instantly, and connecting our marketplaces was straightforward. So far, we have nothing to complain about. Trunk saves us a lot of time and gives us a much clearer overview of our entire product range.

Absolutely excellent!!! This service saved me soo much hassle. We have a handmade jewelry brand so all of our items have to be removed immediately, this app allows me to crosslist without a worry, never fails to remove an item. Trunk solved bundles for us. Being able to make ANY product sync inventory with a parent SKU is key for us as an emerging brand, and Trunk allows us to simply set that up! Our inventory management is much simpler now as it is automatic. Thanks team.

I've tried many apps to sync my inventories, and I've always had some problems with it. Trunk is perfect, I already used it in an old store and I'm using it now in the new one, and the sync is immediate and doesn't fail! I highly recommend it!

Now, we don’t have to worry about separate stock counts for each product and channel, as everything syncs seamlessly.
