Trunk ‑ Stock Sync & Bundling

When I first installed this app, it seemed to work great and it would be perfect for what we needed. Is it too good to be true? Then the problems came. I updated inventory on a product and then it would revert to restocked. I thought maybe I did something wrong so I fixed it. I then added stock for a different product and a customer asked me if it had sold out. It had not (had they not asked I would not have known this was happening!). So I look and all the items that I had updated with new inventory were not synced up. The problems first came to my attention on a Wednesday when I thought I had did something wrong. Who knows how long it actually started before that. I contacted Trunk Thursday and again Friday. They got back to me Friday evening saying that there was something wrong on Etsy's end. Except how could that be because Shopify was also coming in incorrect. I had provided screenshots. Either way, there seems to be no urgency. The entire weekend we're losing sales because items are showing out of stock and then we are receiving orders for items that are out of stock and I have to cancel orders. In all, we have 5 days (that I know of) where this app is not working properly. What a nightmare. I LOVE the idea of the app if it worked the way it was suppose to. I am disappointed that an issue that starts on a Wednesday is not even resolved by Sunday (and is still unresolved as I write this). For this reason, I can not confidently recommend this app.

We have been using Trunk for a few years now and we're very happy with the service. We originally used it to sync between Squarespace and eBay. But, recently we moved our online shop to Shopify. We were happy to see that Trunk integration was only a click away. With Trunk we don't have to worry about anything, when it comes to inventory keeping in sync. It's lightning fast and so is the customer service from James! Thanks Trunk!

Was on Woocommerce and spent 3.5 months trying to find a solution that does the inventory management I needed. Moved to shopify because I thought I found a solution, but it didn't end up meeting all of my needs. After much desperation I stumbled across Trunk, and it does EXACTLY what I was looking for. Not only that its sync is super fast and maintains my inventory levels across multiple channels almost instantly when an adjustment is made.

I just launched my Shopify store this week. With the help of Trunk Inventory I was able to sync my Etsy inventory with my Shopify store. I did have a question which I submitted to trunk and they immediately got back to me and gave me instructions for what I needed. Trunk is a game changer. I love it. Thank you Trunk.

What can I say, I am a fan! We keep a small inventory and so Trunks ability to keep all our inventory across the 4 different platforms correct and in real-time is key. Every other software needed at least 15 min. Additionally, they are the only ones who do bundling and kitting. Such an overlooked but priceless feature.

Trunk is working great - it helps us manage all our kits for dogs and our shared components across products so that we don't accidentally oversell a FURB product. I also love that it has the capability to manage inventory across platforms so when we launch somewhere besides furb.com, all of our inventory will still sync.

I am so happy that I found trunk to help me with my inventory needs! I manage two different shops across multiple platforms… including Shopify, square, Etsy, and soon Faire! This was the ONLY app I could find that had all 4 of these integrations for a great price for my small business!! James is also great to work with and super helpful. 100% would recommend to any business owner!!

Trunk has been an absolute saver for me. It syncs my Etsy and Shopify inventory extremely fast within seconds. Now I do not have to worry about manually updating the stock after a sale has happened and it gives me so much peace of mind. Also, their customer service has been fantastic. They respond very quickly to any issues you have. I'm glad I have chosen Trunk and 100% recommend them!

Was very skeptical at first but tried the free trial. This worked much better than Orderhive. The app is actually functional without tons of constant bugs and glitches that I have experienced at all other inventory apps. Most importantly trunk is verysimple to use. It is not cluttered with nonsensical , complicated features and junk to sift through just to manage inventory. I use it to sync my walking sticks between EBay, Etsy, and Shopify. That is all I ever simply needed. I don’t ever leave reviewsfor apps but I feel this deserves one. Thanks James and team for an excellent app. I will likely stay with Trunk forever if they remain caring, humble, fair and nurturing toward tiny sellers trying to just survive.

I have been using TRUNK for a few months now and I am extremely impressed with the service. It has allowed me to keep track of my inventory more efficiently than ever before. It is easy to use and allows me to quickly see what is in stock, as well as easily order new items when needed. The customer support team are always available and very helpful in helping me solve any issues I have. I recommend TRUNK to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable inventory management system.

After finding ourselves with inventory numbers all over the place, getting onto Trunk sorted everything out straight away. Syncing our inventory between several Shopify Stores has finally made tracking inventory a breeze. Wish we had it years ago!!

The only system out there that actually offers "Real Time Inventory Sync". Shopify, eBay stock syncing works flawlessly. Any questions are rapidly answered by their support team. Highly recommend.

Excellent app that has proven to be extremely useful for the day to day running of our store. It's the only app I have found that syncs stock in actual real time across out multiple stores and channels. Highly recommended, and has saved countless hours in staff time manually allocating stock!

I have tattoos and candle-making kits in my shop. The tattoos sell either in single design or in combos. Trunk was the only one that allowed me to package my items so that it would deduct available inventory from all the listings that would use a given product. Plus, it synchronizes from Etsy to Shopify and vice versa. Two things made me hesitate before subscribing, it doesn't calculate COGS, and it doesn't link with Quickbooks. But I still went for it. James is the main contact person, and he is very friendly. As we recommend improvements, he adds them to his queue and lets us know what he is currently working on. Thumbs up to James.

Trunk has been instrumental in helping us manage hundreds of SKUs in real-time, especially with our larger bundle products that are dependent on smaller units. Trunk also allows us to synchronize our Shopify inventory with our wholesale channels. What used to take days now takes literal seconds, and we never have to worry about updating inventory across all of our sales channels.

Oh my god it's made running a shop over Shopify, Etsy and Faire so much easier I wish I used it ages ago. Honestly recommend it to anyone. Really easy to use.

We've only just starting using Trunk but we're really enjoying the clean and simple to use interface.We like that it's a set it and forget it type tool. We can trust that inventory is being synced between our Shopify and Amazon stores seamlessly.
