We are very happy with the Trunk Inventory software. It is easy to install and very simple to use and syncs inventory extremely fast and accurate, no error. No more hassle to adjust inventory manually. Great customer service, highly recommended. Thank you team!

I've been in ecommerce for over a decade and have tried MANY inventory software. Trunk is hands down the simplest yet most effective solution out there. And it's made for small businesses - their monthly fee reflects that. Support has been AMAZING. Things seem to just work which seems like a low barrier but alternatives are too cumbersome or require complex workarounds to get what I need it to do. Trunk is perfect for me, which is simple SKU linking between listings in the same shop and in other sales channels. I'm hoping there'll be more interface features soon. Considering I tried Trunk out a few years ago and it didn't fit my needs at the time, and now it does, tells me they're actively working on improving their product. Very happy so far!

Trunk isn't the first inventory syncing software we have tried, but its the first one that worked perfectly the first time, and made the whole process easy.

With the discontinuation of Quickbooks Commerce, Trunk has been an amazing alternative to keep our inventory streamlined across multiple sales channels. The bundle feature in Pro account is essential for our box sets as well. I’ve already recommended this app to other small businesses!

I’ve been trying to sync inventory across a wholesale and retail site manually and was always forgetting something! Trunk was a perfect solution and has already helped take away that stress in the first day we set it up. Plus, I love that there’s room for growth if I decide to show on other wholesale sites!

Trunk has been exactly what I needed to allow me to sell on three platforms. It was easy to setup, get going right away and is spot on in syncing inventory on all three platforms. It is a very well thought out system and works great! I also love the inventory stock alert feature as well as stock lookup by SKU or partial product title.

Trunk is the perfect solution to an inventory problem I was having. I use another app for inventory of raw materials and manufacturing, but with the addition of Trunk, I am now able to sync inventory levels of manufactured goods across all of my platforms. This has already saved me hours of stress and frustration. After a busy fourth quarter last year and manually adjusting inventory levels across multiple platforms and accidentally overselling, I knew something had to change. Trunk is my failsafe for this year's holiday season and I look forward to the automation inventory adjustments of Trunk.

Trunk has been vital in helping us link stock between our two Shopify stores together. Without trunk our business wont be able to keep track of inventory, and we'd be consistently letting customers down.

You know, my company has been sync'ing a lot of products with other vendors for quite a long time so I feel qualified to speak about things. Trunk is a extremely easy to set up and use app, mismatched SKU matching works well and is a fast process. The sync times we see are very fast, in fact at one point today my team simply went from one tab on the browser to the other and the SKU count was already updated. Frankly, if you need to sync inventory this app is well worth considering!

When I first installed this app, it seemed to work great and it would be perfect for what we needed. Is it too good to be true? Then the problems came. I updated inventory on a product and then it would revert to restocked. I thought maybe I did something wrong so I fixed it. I then added stock for a different product and a customer asked me if it had sold out. It had not (had they not asked I would not have known this was happening!). So I look and all the items that I had updated with new inventory were not synced up. The problems first came to my attention on a Wednesday when I thought I had did something wrong. Who knows how long it actually started before that. I contacted Trunk Thursday and again Friday. They got back to me Friday evening saying that there was something wrong on Etsy's end. Except how could that be because Shopify was also coming in incorrect. I had provided screenshots. Either way, there seems to be no urgency. The entire weekend we're losing sales because items are showing out of stock and then we are receiving orders for items that are out of stock and I have to cancel orders. In all, we have 5 days (that I know of) where this app is not working properly. What a nightmare. I LOVE the idea of the app if it worked the way it was suppose to. I am disappointed that an issue that starts on a Wednesday is not even resolved by Sunday (and is still unresolved as I write this). For this reason, I can not confidently recommend this app.
We're really sorry about the issues you were having – we should've also done better on the communication front. We pushed a few fixes already that's addressed some of the problems you were seeing and so far it seems like things should now be back in working order. We have been using Trunk for a few years now and we're very happy with the service. We originally used it to sync between Squarespace and eBay. But, recently we moved our online shop to Shopify. We were happy to see that Trunk integration was only a click away. With Trunk we don't have to worry about anything, when it comes to inventory keeping in sync. It's lightning fast and so is the customer service from James! Thanks Trunk!

Was on Woocommerce and spent 3.5 months trying to find a solution that does the inventory management I needed. Moved to shopify because I thought I found a solution, but it didn't end up meeting all of my needs. After much desperation I stumbled across Trunk, and it does EXACTLY what I was looking for. Not only that its sync is super fast and maintains my inventory levels across multiple channels almost instantly when an adjustment is made.

I just launched my Shopify store this week. With the help of Trunk Inventory I was able to sync my Etsy inventory with my Shopify store. I did have a question which I submitted to trunk and they immediately got back to me and gave me instructions for what I needed. Trunk is a game changer. I love it. Thank you Trunk.

What can I say, I am a fan! We keep a small inventory and so Trunks ability to keep all our inventory across the 4 different platforms correct and in real-time is key. Every other software needed at least 15 min. Additionally, they are the only ones who do bundling and kitting. Such an overlooked but priceless feature.

Trunk is working great - it helps us manage all our kits for dogs and our shared components across products so that we don't accidentally oversell a FURB product. I also love that it has the capability to manage inventory across platforms so when we launch somewhere besides furb.com, all of our inventory will still sync.

I am so happy that I found trunk to help me with my inventory needs! I manage two different shops across multiple platforms… including Shopify, square, Etsy, and soon Faire! This was the ONLY app I could find that had all 4 of these integrations for a great price for my small business!! James is also great to work with and super helpful. 100% would recommend to any business owner!!

Trunk has been an absolute saver for me. It syncs my Etsy and Shopify inventory extremely fast within seconds. Now I do not have to worry about manually updating the stock after a sale has happened and it gives me so much peace of mind. Also, their customer service has been fantastic. They respond very quickly to any issues you have. I'm glad I have chosen Trunk and 100% recommend them!
