James has been extremely helpful in working out a few quirks for me due to my unique needs. He communicates well and timely. Highly recommend using Trunk if you need inventory syncing. I've tried a few others and this is the most accurate as far as I can tell at not missing any sales on Etsy or Shopify. Great job!

I love Trunk! I was driving myself crazy trying to manually update stock for Shopify, Faire, and Etsy. I would panic when I got an order on one platform, counting the minutes until I could get to my computer and update stock on the others. Now I just let Trunk take care of inventory updates and I can get back to celebrating when I get an order! Trunk has saved me a lot of hassle and worry so I have the mental space to work on growing my business!

Trunk's kitting and bundling feature is amazing. It lets us create thousands of product variations while only carrying a handful of physical SKUs. The sales channel integrations are vital to keep our inventory synced across multiple platforms. Trunk is pretty intuitive so we haven't needed much customer support. When we have reached out, James, the developer, has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Trunk for your e-commerce inventory needs.

Being a small business, inventory can be incredibly difficult to keep up with. A couple months ago we started researching affordable ways to track inventory between different e commerce platforms and Trunk was by far the best option. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and kind. The interface for the app is very intuitive and organized. 10/10 would recommend!

Trunk has been instrumental in keeping our inventory synced across duplicate SKUs across 1 single store channel. Prior to Trunk we spent countless hours re-syncing our inventory manually until we decided to opt for a competitor that simply was not up to the task. Trunk has allowed us to automate inventory bundling for our necklaces and earrings, allowing us to use stock from other SKUs and make our stock management much, much simpler. It also allows us to give customers more options for mixing and matching different styles together.

Trunk is amazing for anyone who has multiple sites or uses multiple sales channels not supported by the back end of their website as standard. I wanted to use Trunk previously but my website didn't link to it so now I've changed I'm so pleased I can access it. Trunk enables me to sell on Amazon as well as my direct to customer site without having to mess around reserving stock just in case someone orders on Amazon and then not having it to sell on my D2C site. The solution Trunk offers is scalable unlike my previous manual intervention process.

Initially used the free trial to track inventory between my Etsy and Shopify stores. Now trial is over I have happily signed up to use Trunk. Been looking for an app to link my 2 stores for years. Trunk has been a game changer for us. Selling multiple bundles and kits of items made it a headache to update inventory manually, often leading to discrepancies in our final inventory count. Since implementing Trunk into our inventory management system, it has saved us hours of time by effortlessly and seamlessly updating our inventory in real time as items sell. We will continue to use this platform in the future and can't recommend them enough.

The app and the team are fantastic. They did multiple bulk uploads of 1000s of records which are allowing us to really manage complex inventory with nested bundles very efficiently. PLUS the app uses SKUs instead of shopify variant IDs. Using variant IDs would just be a management nightmare the moment you import something the wrong way.

We searched high and low before we found Trunk - they have saved us from headaches, over 5 hours a week of work, and are more responsive + less expensive than their competitors! Truly remarkable, I would suggest them to anyone doing cross-platform sales. We currently use them for Etsy, Faire, eBay, and Shopify. Haven't had a single glitch or mistake since they started over 4 months ago, and the inventory changes happen in under 15 seconds. My favorite inventory system is the one I don't have to manage!

Super impressed. Easy to apply to multiple websites and bundles. Great customer service. No more manual counting!
