Many thanks to the development team for this app. There were some difficulties with the automatic installation due to the installed theme of the store, but the support team did everything and set it up. Very satisfied with the support service. Everything was adjusted and made according to the theme of our site and our wishes. The application is very informative and harmoniously fits into the site's interface. I realized that I really missed such an application. 100% satisfied. I've only just installed this app but it's simple to set up and to customise. I had a slight issue but I contacted their online chat and Joyce fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Very impressed so far.

I had an issue with importing reviews from a .csv file. I went to their live chat and spoke to Amey. Amey quickly and easily guided me through the steps and double checked the template file. There seemed to be a technical glitch and Amey was able to correct it quickly and within minutes i was up and running with my previous reviews. Great service and such a easy to use app. very impressed.
