This app is truly amazing. Joyce assisted us in importing reviews and configuring themes. Without Joyce, we wouldn't have been able to use the app. Despite our limited proficiency in English, Joyce understood our intentions and responded promptly and appropriately. The fact that the service is free to use is fantastic, but above all, the support is prompt and thorough. We have found a truly wonderful app.

Fantastic customer service. Downloaded today since my previous solution stopped working, and had some troubles installing. Got in contact with Lynn in just a few minutes and she solved it within 2 hours even though it was Friday evening. Thank you!

Facebook Reviews presents reviews appealingly on our site, except that it stops, without warning, every 60 days, and needs "rebooting" (reauthorization of its FB token). So prepare to keep an eye on your reviews page forever, and for regular visits to the app admin page, if you intend to use this app. After many years with this app, we finally switched to a different app to pull in reviews to our site when Trustify had one issue after another that required an unreasonable amount of our time to fix. Their support was somewhat responsive, but mostly unhelpful.

I have been using Facebook Reviews by Omega for almost a year now to display reviews on my site, and have been very happy with their product.
