Customer service is top notch!
Amazing support - I had a question about having reviews across multiple products and he jumped on a google meeting and quickly showed me how to do it. Have never had support like that on an APP!!

Advertises a free plan, but I literally cannot use it without first paying for a subscription. Even if I cancel the menu, any time I click to the app it just takes me to the paid subscription checkout. Misleading.
I am sorry about the confusion. We do have a free plan at this moment. Once you subscribe to a paid plan after installing the app, you can switch to free plan and your paid plan would automatically be cancelled. Please contact us if you have any further question.
Easy to set up and manage, if there's an issue developers are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues Added 27/03/24: Fantastic to deal with when I had an issue in pending reviews as Ebrahim found a solution very quickly

I was having some issues getting the reviews to show up on my Shopify store, but using the chat tool - a representative had the reviews up and running within minutes! Awesome service!

If a problem arises, they are friendly and helpful in the chat room. Sometimes they seem busy and take a long time to respond, but even if it takes them a while, they always reply. This high rate of chat replies has been very helpful.

Super fast customer support, they don't close out your window chat if you forget & come back to it. We have a unique theme with multiple options and Shahroz was a wonderful help that had the app integrated within 2 minutes or so. The app is the most affordable option, and with customer service, it makes 0 sense to choose another app.
Brilliant Review app. I've tried a few and this one does it all, simply and smoothly, and it looks great onscreen. The guys answered my queries promptly as well. Would highly recommend. Damon
