Very easy to set up app and has many widgets to adjust to your liking! Also, the team is always very helpful.

Amazing support - I had a question about having reviews across multiple products and he jumped on a google meeting and quickly showed me how to do it. Have never had support like that on an APP!!

Advertises a free plan, but I literally cannot use it without first paying for a subscription. Even if I cancel the menu, any time I click to the app it just takes me to the paid subscription checkout. Misleading.
I am sorry about the confusion. We do have a free plan at this moment. Once you subscribe to a paid plan after installing the app, you can switch to free plan and your paid plan would automatically be cancelled. Please contact us if you have any further question.

Easy to set up and manage, if there's an issue developers are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues Added 27/03/24: Fantastic to deal with when I had an issue in pending reviews as Ebrahim found a solution very quickly

I was having some issues getting the reviews to show up on my Shopify store, but using the chat tool - a representative had the reviews up and running within minutes! Awesome service!

Excellent - I cant stress enough how well these guys are. Both Ebrahim & Ahsan respond to queries swiftly, v helpful, professional & tech nerds. Id defo recommend any small-medium sized business to choose trust review as your reviews platform.

If a problem arises, they are friendly and helpful in the chat room. Sometimes they seem busy and take a long time to respond, but even if it takes them a while, they always reply. This high rate of chat replies has been very helpful.
