Super fast customer support, they don't close out your window chat if you forget & come back to it. We have a unique theme with multiple options and Shahroz was a wonderful help that had the app integrated within 2 minutes or so. The app is the most affordable option, and with customer service, it makes 0 sense to choose another app.

Brilliant Review app. I've tried a few and this one does it all, simply and smoothly, and it looks great onscreen. The guys answered my queries promptly as well. Would highly recommend. Damon

I've tried a couple of review apps on Shopify, but Trustviews takes the cake. I had some problem, wrote the customer service and my problem was solved like in minutes. Hands down, amazing support. I'm staying :)

Great support that helped me after no time with a small Problem I had. Also the free plan is definitely enough if you are just starting a shop and the upgrades are always an affordable option for later

Original review: The app is for starters and is slowly being developed and more features are being added. They are very quick to respond and add the features that the big players have in this space. Work with the customer service team and find out how quickly they add features to this app. Highly responsive! A++++++++! After 6 months of using: I'm sorry but there are too many instances where the review widget goes down. This is not a reliable service. I have to look for an alternative to display my reviews on my website.
