So far, this app is EXACTLY what I needed! I needed assistance getting things set up, and the customer service was great. Shahroz was friendly and got me going quickly.

I've tried a couple of review apps on Shopify, but Trustviews takes the cake. I had some problem, wrote the customer service and my problem was solved like in minutes. Hands down, amazing support. I'm staying :)

Great support that helped me after no time with a small Problem I had. Also the free plan is definitely enough if you are just starting a shop and the upgrades are always an affordable option for later

Original review: The app is for starters and is slowly being developed and more features are being added. They are very quick to respond and add the features that the big players have in this space. Work with the customer service team and find out how quickly they add features to this app. Highly responsive! A++++++++! After 6 months of using: I'm sorry but there are too many instances where the review widget goes down. This is not a reliable service. I have to look for an alternative to display my reviews on my website.

I would highly recommend everyone who want to have a review app on their store to opt for TrustReviews app. The backoffice people of TrustReviews app are very helpful and provided me with great assistance for any customisation i wanted. You just need to send them an email or message and they replied in a timely manner. They are always here to help no matter how many changes you want to do.
