Great for importing reviews via CSV! Great option if you are a depop seller and cant find a review platform that imports direct from depop. Aarav from customer service was extremely helpful and professional with his support! 100% recommend

I would highly recommend everyone who want to have a review app on their store to opt for TrustReviews app. The backoffice people of TrustReviews app are very helpful and provided me with great assistance for any customisation i wanted. You just need to send them an email or message and they replied in a timely manner. They are always here to help no matter how many changes you want to do. If you are looking for a UGC style/ photo review app that isn’t charging an absurd amount of money each month, THIS APP IS FOR YOU!! New to this app but am already blown away by its’ features, customer service, and pricing. I had a few questions at 11pm and received an answer in under a minute! Not just that, they actually tweaked a few features to fit my liking within a couple of hours. Some review apps are out here charging $300+ a MONTH for the same features that this one has, plus I genuinely don’t know of a single app that has this great of customer service. An absolute must have!!

It's very easy to use without confusing details. The design is pretty simple and straight to the point. It works consistently. It looks cool. Highly recommend this app. It's very easy to use, and if you don't understand, you can contact the customer service. The customer service replies in a timely manner and will really help you! Will tell you the detailed operation steps! If you have any questions that you don't understand, you can ask them! The blue review star is also very obvious in the foreground! In short, easy to use! recommend!
