The TrustReview star jumped in FAST and got my store setup. It replaced another review app that my customers complained about not working. Happy Happy here!

Provides many features & what we perhaps find just as important - great live support (!) They were even hands-on with joining our project as collaborator assisting us in no-time with code when we had some more detailed questions on how to adjust the widget to our page. Superb.

I thought I had everything setup correctly but the write review option just wasn't showing up. The app conveniently alerted me to this with a contact us link. The chat bot estimate for time-to-reply was about 34 mins but I was contacted within just a min or two by Sharoz. Sharoz was able to resolve my issue very quickly. I missed a line of code in a product template. He added it and sent a screenshot showing were the change was made. The issue was resolved in just a couple of minutes. Service was prompt, professional, polite, and competent. Thank you!

Je suis absolument ravi de cette nouvelle application pour importer des avis sur ma boutique Shopify ! Son fonctionnement est tout simplement génial. Grâce à elle, j'ai pu intégrer rapidement et facilement des avis, ce qui va certainement renforcer la confiance de mes clients et stimuler mes ventes. The TrustReviews client services was a great help in helping me transition from the old Customer Review App for my ecommerce store to their App. The person I dealt with was very patient and answered every question I had during the onboarding process. Our reviews look great! Your help and patience were very much appreciated! I highly recommend them if even just for the onboarding experience I just had.

I just added TrustReviews to my Shopify store. The customer service was very helpful getting all of my reviews from another app transferred over to the new TrustReview app and getting the widget up and running on our site. Everything looks great on our site and is working well. I really like the layout of the reviews on our website.

My old Shopify Reviews is now retired. I wasn't sure which Product Review app to go with and after researching for a while, I chose TrustReviews and very happy I did. I needed help setting up the app. Ebrahim helped me out right away through their Chat option and within 5 minutes we were up & running. Just outstanding customer service!! The free plan has a lot of features, it's affordable, and the support team is responsive and proactive in resolving issues. I recommend this app!
