We've been with TryNow for quite a few years now and I have seen drastic improvements overtime. They are always try to up their game and ensure clients' satisfaction is top priority. Ben, Alicia are hands on and ready to respond at any given time. Luisa have been super helpful for my Customer Service Team as well. I feel very confident with the Team and now even with Checkout Extensibility with Shopify Plus, everything went smoothly and compatible with majority of the app features. We also see the customer's satisfaction in our Dashboard which always a win. Great ROI as well. Keep up the good work guys!

I can't say enough about the TryNow team. Not only did were they active in making theme edits to get our customer flow live, but they even coordinated theme edits with another app developer to make it happen. If you need a try-before-you-buy app, you should use TryNow.

I cannot give enough praise to the TryNow team (and especially Ali, who we've been working most closely with). Even though the TryNow integration proved to be a bit more challenging for our brand given the complexity of our product, the TryNow team was up for the challenge and was able to seamlessly integrate / setup the functionality (shoutout to the developers for their amazing work). My overall impression is TryNow increases your competitive advantage. For Duradero, the premise of Try Before You Buy works incredibly well competing against established giants. We are battling brands that have been around for over 100 years in the industrial work boot space. We are wining through service, value, and unique fit technology. TryNow gives us another tool to better engage with customers and give them a level of confidence to try something new that currently none of our competitors are utilizing. In our initial TryNow outreaches we have had higher than average engagement and conversion. We have just begun to scratch the surface on points of entry and looking forward to expanding. TryNow has easy accessible education and use cases that we are excited to roll out. The team at TryNow has been great to work with. The integration, communication, and response to questions has been top notch. We discovered a glitch between Shopify and LOOP that was quickly communicated and resolved by the TryNow team and all we had to do was point them in the right direction. The implementation was not without challenges but I judge them based on their ability and speed to respond to those challenges and it was exceptional. We have worked very hard developing our product and messaging. TryNow helps us meet the customer where they are and offer an incremental level of service while elevating our customer experience. Highly recommend TryNow!
