We have been using TryNow since its beginnings 2 years ago. The TryNow team has been extremely helpful in updating us on improvements, helping us with problems, and consistently meeting with us to look for ways to improve our sales. Try before you buy has helped our customers feel comfortable about trying different sizes and styles with their orders, increasing customer satisfaction while increasing order volume. TryNow has been an integral part of our growth as a company.
Thank you to the Lime Ricki team for being such incredible partners. It's been a great several years, and we're glad to now be working with you on our natively integrated Shopify App. Thank you so much for your partnership. Onward!

The TryNow app has been a game changer for our business. Being an early adopter to new technology like this has made a huge difference in getting our business to the next level. Putting the customer's needs first and meeting them where they are is always our focus, and this program does exactly that. Implementation is a breeze and their team's customer support is outstanding. Best decision we ever made!

The onboarding experience was super simple and smooth. We only launched in Dec but so far we're pleased with the results and the uptick in our AOV, New Customers, and returning lapsed customers. Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a way to gain consumer trust in your new or existing product, offering the option to try it for FREE is a game changer. TryNow has helped us encourage customers to order from us by trusting that once they do try our product, they will want to keep it! It also allows our customers to order a few options to compare, saving us from multiple orders and the expense of shipping multiple times. TryNow has a very responsive support team which you don't always get with apps and our customers LOVE the easy process and we love that we don't have to worry about follow-ups and managing delayed payments or failed payments! Total game changer.

TryNow has been been a critical tool for us in converting new customers. It solves for that in-store try on experience with zero risk to the shopper. We quickly saw a return on investment and are excited to continue our partnership.
