Pretty good for selling beats, However, the preview track doesn't work, and nothing for quantity on the item. For example, when putting up a track, It doesn't have anything quantity options and leaves people wondering on their own.

I LEFT BEAT STRARS TO CHECK OUT THIS APP I LIKED THAT THEY ALLOWED YOU TO SELL BEATS WITH DIFFERENT LICENSES AND JUMPED OUT THERE RIGHT AWAY AND BOUGHT THE PRO PLAN. THINKING BECAUSE THIS IS THE TOP PLAN I SHOULD GET ALL FEATURES AS SOON AS I UPLOADED MORE THAN TWO BEATS MY BEATS STOPPED PLAYING ON MY STORE. PLUS THERES NO MENU FOR CUSTOMERS STO JUAT PLAY ALL SONGS ON A LIST. PERSONALLY THE IDEA IS DOPE BUT THE EXECUTION IS TRASH. ALREADY TOLD MY CUSTOMERS TO CHECK IT OUT AND NOW ALL I GET IS HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE BEATS! WHO WANTS TO GO TO A BEAT SITE JUST TO SEE THE COST OF BEATS BUT NOT HEAR IT!!! THE MEDIA PLAYER SHOULD BE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ON HERE THAT WORKS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD MY BEATS SINCE I UPLOADED THEM!

Actually terrible. Insanely slow response times, poor customer service. They don't even care to update the plugin ever. No collab support.. because what musician collabs with others, right? Not too mention it costs twice as much as Beatstars, and it's twice as bad as beatsars. It's clear that they just don't don't actually make or sell music because this is just a sham. Can't even upload my zip files because they're too big so im FORCED to upgrade. Sickening. Penny pinching company overcharging for services that barely work. Thanks a ton.

Hi, I want to like this app and it is almost there but it has a few issue that need to be fixed in order for this to be a top tier beat selling app. *Changing the license terms in the license menu doesn't update all beats with that license. Beats still keep the old terms instead of being updated. *When you add a new license to existing products, it deletes any additional coding info on the Shopify product page that a user may have added. *The Graphic for the instrumental doesn't show in the Playlists or in the player at the bottom of the screen. *I cannot make a playlist with more than 70 songs. I am supposed allowed 250 beats on my Tuneboom plan and would like to have a Master Playlist of every beat, along with smaller specialized playlists.

I wanted to test this, but I did not receive license document, is it because I'm in free plan?? Otherwise this app does what it says. Simple & easy to use.

I'm still just wishing for that the app will ADD TO CART when you click ADD TO CART... It just says: "added to cart" but nothing is in the cart. It should automatically put into cart and notify the user of this... like a regular "product ATC".... Can this be fixed finally?

Worth investment for your online beat store. Been searching for something that functions as a beat store and stream player. Interface is straightforward. Allows you to have multiple licenses for a beat and you can edit any metadata for your beats. Did have an issue where I couldn't upload WAVS (zips,mp3,and artworked uploaded fine) after a recent update but customer service was able to help me out same day. Salute. Overall, excited to launch my store soon and this app made it possible! In my experience, big win for the independent producer. Wouldn't say its perfect yet but there is not many other options as good as this one. Hope they continue to update the app. IF YOU COULD ALSO HAVE THE STRTEAM PLAYER PLAY WHEN NOT SELECTED ON A SPECIFIC TRACK AND WHILE SCROLLING THROUGH OTHER TRACKS THAT WOULD BE SICK TOO! That way, you don't have to select a track every time to play it or switch tracks. App still dope though

This app is great and does what its suppose to do. There are a few bad reviews on this app but Im realizing that some people aren't patient. My web designer ran into an issue with the player not showing correctly and they emailed support to fix the problem. It did take a while for them to fix the problem but they was patient. We gave them developer access and they fixed the problem and let my designer know that the problem is fixed moving forward when they install it on another site. As long as you're clear in your problem, communicate it thoroughly and be patient with their response time they will help you.

Seriously, avoid this app. I asked for email address to get a better and fast communication but the person did not even gave me the email address. I had a very poor reply without explication of the problem I was facing with the app!! Customer service = zero !!!!! I delete the app I wasted my money. 20 bucks to upgrade to get the mediaplayer of tuneboom for nothing because it did not even worked and they can't fix the problem or give me an answer about the issue. I had to wait 1 day EVERY TIME I had a question. It makes no sense. Seriously, this is not worth trying.

This app is good but its lacks the ability to customize license in more details like adding publishing splits and so on.

Dope App! But why can't I download this app again? I had to delete it it was taking too long to upload my stems. I want to be able to download it again. Maybe there's another app that will let me sell my music.

Nice app, does what we want it to do. Clean, click and easy to use. There are some bugs, but the team seem pretty quick at fixing.

"Stem for track not found. Please contact support" I have been. It would be nice to get help on this. This app is so close to being perfect. Its a shame it doesn't work out the box. Update: Got in contact with customer support. Was very helpful and fixed the issue.

Customer service is beyond terrible, this app could easily be a 5 star product with basic customer service and the ability to add your on license agreements...

It's a shame, this incredible app is let down by a huge lack of customer service. Nothing against the developers personally as they are very helpful *when* you talk to them. Most of my request are unseen a week later. 5 stars if you can get more support staff.

Poor customer service so far. Slow response time and slow in trying to resolve a problem that I've had for more than a month. I continue to use this just because it is the only app that I know that allows me to sell beats. Update: It has been a few months now and they still have not gotten back to me about an issue I have been having after I have tried contacting them a few times.

This app literally has everything a music producer would need to be successful in selling their beats. Customer service is excellent and it seems as if the app is being constantly updated.
