Omega Twitter Pixel,Conversion

I contacted Omega through this app’s live chat on June 14th and never received any actual support through that chat. After waiting for more than two weeks, I followed up again. Instead of addressing the conversation that had been sitting unanswered since June 14th, the support representative repeatedly referred me to an email thread regarding a completely different Omega application. Even after I clearly explained multiple times that I was talking about Omega Twitter Pixels, and provided screenshots showing the original chat history, the replies continued referring to the unrelated Facebook Pixel support case instead of the issue I had raised through this application. The responses felt generic and disconnected from the documented conversation, leaving me with the impression that my messages had not actually been reviewed. For me, customer support is just as important as the software itself. Waiting more than two weeks without receiving support through the app, only to be redirected to an unrelated case, is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We've reviewed our support records regarding this case. While you did reach out to our team, our records show that we responded and remained available to assist. To investigate the issue further, we requested additional information and clarification, but unfortunately we weren't able to obtain enough details to continue the investigation. We always welcome pre-sales questions and are happy to help merchants evaluate whether an app is the right fit for their store. Whenever we're provided with the necessary context, we're committed to investigating thoroughly and offering the best support possible. We hope reviews reflect the experience with the specific app being evaluated, as this helps other merchants make informed decisions. If you ever decide to revisit this app, our team will be happy to assist.
After trying this app, I don't understand how there aren't any other ratings less than 5 stars. The data being sent to X is riddled with errors (incorrect prices, "NaN" being passed as the order value, no server events for an action, too many server events for an action, etc) and the ads attribution that results from it is worse than just the X pixel alone. Somehow the X browser pixel itself can attribute sales to a given campaign better than this app's server side attribution which should never be the case and entirely defeats the purpose of having an app like this.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. My name is Kaylee, and I'm the customer support team leader. I am truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had with our app. The data integrity issues you described—such as incorrect prices, "NaN" values, and server event discrepancies are completely unacceptable and go against the reliability we strive to provide. The purpose of our app is to improve attribution, not complicate it, and we have clearly failed to deliver that for you. Your review has been escalated to our lead developer, who is currently investigating the root cause. While our initial tests haven't replicated these specific errors, we are taking your report very seriously. We know that external factors, like reporting delays from platforms such as X, can sometimes cause temporary issues, but we need to investigate your specific case thoroughly. The results you're seeing are not the standard we aim for, and we are committed to making this right. We would be grateful for another chance to prove our app's value. Our support team is available to work with you one-on-one to diagnose and resolve this. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or you can reply to our support thread so we can assist you immediately. We are confident we can get this working correctly for your store. Best regards, Kaylee Customer Support Team Leader
