10/10 Customer Service! The App Didn't work out for me & my needs, So I un installed it, However I was charged for a subscription before I un-Installed the app, I have Txt Cart a quick call, and they were fast to issue a refund. Fantastic Customer Service. The app just didn't end up working out for me.

Fast Response time. I got an accidental charge on my account and they answered all my concerns as well as gave me a refund. The amazing customer service really showed when they informed me about a startup plan I wasn't aware of. So Flexible, so smooth, 100% recommend!

Great support teamWish their app was still "free + usage" but they changed it and it wasn't brought up to me :( so i got charged 3x...but never the less the support team was there to help when i needed them to resolve so good service for sure like probably the best i've encountered on shopify thanks guys will continue to use app in like 3-4 months.. hope the price drops a little though cause that would've had me keep it. Like one app i have is charging $7.99 + Usage and i haven't deleted even when i don't use them and thus far i've ended up paying them hundreds in subscription and then thousands for usage when i do use them..but anything over $10/mo i pretty much delete or find different new comer app.

Kyle was very prompt to our first on boarding call and it's way better talking and working with a person that knows english than the latter. I've personally seen a lot of great results with TxtCart and can't wait to see how they can make my brand Crush!

Incredibly easy to set up and get started. It does exactly what I needed and I started seeing results instantly. My SMS engagement went up and so did the sales from 2-way conversations. love it! Recommend to all shopify users if you want to boost engagement and revenue.

TxtCart has been incredible for us. Within the first 45 days we've been able to add an additional $8,500 in revenue to our bottom line with only a small list of SMS subscribers. Was skeptical to try them out, but have been impressed by functionality and the ease of use. Honestly like a money printer for us and looking forward to seeing how the rest of the year plays out! Recently installed the app. There are a few setup steps (with great instructions) and the rest is automated. Tested out an abandoned cart and got the text a short time later. Very cool process and looking forward to seeing it in action! Also, great support team with quick response time!! Update on 7/26/25. I contacted support for a question and got a very quick response, even on a weekend! Update on 4/29/26: Support team is always very responsive!

This product does exactly what I needed - conversational SMS to help close sales for our business. We sell high ticket products at it's really great to have a more direct way to speak with our customers as they shop. We've generated some great closed sales with this.

I do not recommend this app, without authorization from our store they upgraded the plan and started charging us with no notification. Our team realized this unexpected charge after getting the first invoice.

15% of the lost sale if you get it back - Plus monthly subscription - Plus extra charge for AU phone number. ummmm whats left for us? NOTHING! Clever concept. But very over priced. Replying to your reply: The app didnt give any other options other than saying 15% will be taken on a successful sale. You only Just emailed me with a claim i made a malicious claim. Totally ludicrous. Your prices are not clearly upfront otherwise we would not of installed it. Your aggressive manner in handling this in your email speaks for itself. Look at everyone else saying the same thing on 1 stars! Lower your rate to say 5% and then you won't get this type of review. Bye bye
