Used this free trial and got slayer with fees over drew my account. The owner Kyle is rude and disrespectful when asking for a refund. I had it for 3 days and got charged 80’follard saying they sent out a text and the client placed a small order this company should be taken off Shopify. The hidden fees and agendas are robbery
Daniel, As mentioned via support, call and email - you installed TxtCart's Basic Plan ($0/mo + 20% of sales). Within 3 days, TxtCart generated $400 in revenue for Sickest Barbers, of which $78 was billed correctly. This is over a 5X ROI - a great thing to celebrate. I understand you didn't fully understand the pricing options you had signed up for, nonetheless, we credited your account the $78 which would cancel out any pending invoice charges. Was confused about the different plans but I talked to Sara on the customer support team and she was super nice and helped me with all the issues I was having. Highly recommend using this app and contacting their support team with any problems!

Heard about TxtCart from a friend and I have to say, while I was skeptical I am very impressed. From the quick few minute onboarding, to their support's willingness to work and help you get setup/results. And the product is very cool, automated responses from AI and real people acting as an extension of your sales team and CS. 10/10 if I could! TxtCart:SMS Marketing & AI very easy to set up in your store. They provide step by step instruction, notes and walk through help tutorials for each page. They provide Clear insight to how the implementation & functions of how the application works as well as what is necessary to create an overall positive costumer, end user, Application service. Thus far. TxTCART Customer service has been great and I look forward to working with TXTCart in the coming days to see what Kind of data an revenue will be generated.
