I rarely write long reviews, but TxtCart AI truly deserves it. When I first signed up, I immediately ran into an issue — my country wasn’t listed during setup. I expected a long wait or a generic response… but their support team reacted instantly. They stayed with me for almost three hours, answering every message calmly, professionally, and with genuine care. They didn’t just “fix” the issue — they went out of their way to create a solution for my specific situation and even gave me access so I could start using TextCart to scale my profits right away. Honestly, I’m extremely impressed. Their patience, their attitude, and their willingness to help in every detail made me feel like a valued customer, not just another ticket. TxtCart has helped me recover a ton of abandoned checkouts, it really makes a difference! Super easy to use and set up, and the campaigns run smoothly. The team is also very responsive whenever I have questions. Definitely worth using if you want to turn missed sales into real orders.
