Honestly - I went in grumpy, had to migrate from Yotpo which is a pain - but I was ultra impressed by not only the support (on the day after Christmas even) but the cost value is incredibly reasonable for SMS sends and the control panel looks super. Grumpy face now = Smiley face. Well done guys.

I just started using txtcart so far so good ive gotten some sales with them and now im waiting to see how I do with Black Friday. I love that it does the interactive conversation with my customers for me

Lol they're very fast to defend themselves so you're denying not sending the wrong support email to my customers? I have proof for that and the chat transcript. How long are you guys gonna lie and get away with it. And you have charged an additional $150+ in bogus charges which is again with proof so how are you gonna deny it? This definitely needs to go on X and Linkedin Original review: "They're beta testing their app with us customers. Sometimes it sends phantom emails to customers(and I've to point it out and they say their apologies like it's just another day) and infact I was double-charged for the campaign and now they're saying it's a technical issue just like every other time. From my experience stay away from these guys better stick to Mailchimp or Klaviyo atleast they don't try to screw small businesses like this. "

I'd also like to address some of these concerns: Regarding the charge, we've already issued a refund and, as our support team mentioned, the issue that caused it is currently being investigated and will be fixed soon. We're definitely not a beta app. We've been servicing thousands of merchants like yourself for over 6 years (as a matter of fact, our 4.0 version will go live in January 2026). Our app doesn't send "phantom emails". We're an SMS-first app, and all messages sent by our flows are logged. They can be seen and reviewed from your Conversations tab, and you can also interact with those customers via our Inbox feature. Once again, we're really sorry that you experienced an issue. If you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our 24/7 support team.
