Account was double charged by $1,990. Yes, I paid yearly. Was it charged by yearly? Nope. Charged by monthly. Annual subscription turned into monthly subscription. The problem should be fixed instantly and unacceptable. This app's billing practice is extremely unprofessional.
The problem that you experienced was caused by a one-off issue that, thanks to your report, was immediately corrected.
