its ery good really liked the support, they gave me assistance, and helped me in whatever way possible, only their new update wasn't so good, the free plan only allows up to 20 reviews to be shown, no matter how many you have, but the plan basic works that is not that expensive as well, in the end you can copemsar really pay, in addition it has other functionalities, thank you for all the support

The text messaging system is not sent by real people as stated in their description. And if their are real people, they sure don't respond to my customers like they are real. When a customer says "no, I don't want additional information" and you send it anyways, that leaves a bad taste. ESPECIALLY, when that customer then leaves us a 1 star review. Never again. I uninstalled immediately. On top of that, they take credit for sales that they didn't generate, which in the long run would cost us a lot of extra money for nothing.
Jacob, It hurts to see you resort to leaving a 1-star review on an app that you have not used since Feb 14th, without ever reaching out to our support team or ownership. You used the app for 5 days on trial, where all sales recovered were done free of charge given our 14-day free trial and $1000 in sales recovered offer. We would be happy to share in-depth our attribution model, which is typical and available to all on our help docs. Had you reached out to our team, we would've been happy to resolve any questions or concerns about our approach, agents, or attribution. Furthermore, I tried to find the alleged 1-star review left on your website which you are attributing to us, but could not. I've emailed you to help resolve any issues you may have so we can remediate and work together.

app helped me recover a huge amount of abandoned carts they offer alot for the free plan i think if you are trying to scale your sales this is a really good app to help you do so, i had a problem and when i reached out for them i received instant help no matter the time of day

This app is amazing. I was told to download this app by a friend, and it has been honestly amazing so far. It automatically starts conversations with people and tries to recover your abandoned cart. It is definitely worth a try, and they have awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

This app was honestly amazing to use! It recovered a high percentage of my orders. Before installing the app, I didn't know that SMS messages had a larger opening rate compared to emails, and not just that but this app really makes it fell as if the customer is talking to a real live person. I highly recommended if you're looking for a nice SMS Marketing App
