This is THE APP you need to keep customers up to date with statuses on orders! With custom options on emails, templates, etc. Literally what i needed! Happy to be a lifetime customer and an early supporter!

This app is extremely important for the operation of our business. When Shopify have updates sometimes it affects other apps . W3 support is very important if they get affected . We have great response from them always if there is a problem . Great app.
