This app is extremely important for the operation of our business. When Shopify have updates sometimes it affects other apps . W3 support is very important if they get affected . We have great response from them always if there is a problem . Great app.

So far so good - I am using this app to manage thousands of rental and service transactions for our shop! It also integrates with Shopify Flow for easy automation.
Love this app! Been using it for a while now and have never once had any issues with it. I just recently upgraded to integrate API requests from Google Sheets. Customer service help me solve some issues I was having very quickly. Couldn't ask for better service.
Does not work with draft orders. If you process your orders while they are in draft before invoicing, this app is not for you.
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify for others, our app is designed to manage custom statuses for orders after they’ve been invoiced. Managing draft orders is not a feature we currently support or advertise. We understand this may not align with every workflow. That said, we’re always listening to user feedback and if support for draft orders becomes a widely requested feature, we’ll absolutely consider it for future development. I have been using the Custom order status for quite a while. It is great for keeping my customers informed in the process. By using this I can help keep the incoming emails and phone calls since they are getting notifications. Thank you.
Very powerful app and easy to install, understand/learn and start using. Their support is also responsive, quick to solve the problem and HUMAN.
Tried using the webhooks feature, but it didn’t work as expected. Support was not very patient, which made troubleshooting frustrating. Had to downgrade as a result. Disappointed with the experience.

The webhooks are firing and delivering the payloads as intended. This app has been so helpful for my order management and my customers experience. I love that I can organize my orders by statuses like if it's printed or not and my customers can view that status on their own anytime on the order lookup page. There's so many options to customize the information you and your customers see as well regarding the statuses. Highly recommend if you want to keep your customers informed on their order and keep your orders organized.
Best order status app at the moment. Highly customizable (with not much technical skills needed), affordable and with great support. We managed to customize the widgets just the way we liked and we highly recommend the app.

We had a problem due to our team uploading files to the root by accident. and the the w3app support team, specially Leo and Mike, was very helpful and quick to solve this tight knot and untangle our problem. thank you guys.
Awesome app - I reached out about a feature idea and 2 days later they had implemented it for everyone (control visibility of items on a workflow timeline so customers don't see failure states all the time). We have been using this with the API and the QR code capabilities so that we can automate status updates to notify our customers about our production workflow. Great app!
Good support and great app to reduce unnecessary customer contact. Works well and easy to install. Definitely worth 5stars and definitely a necessary app once your sales volume creates too many wismo contact during the day.
