Tried using the webhooks feature, but it didn’t work as expected. Support was not very patient, which made troubleshooting frustrating. Had to downgrade as a result. Disappointed with the experience.
We appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating troubleshooting can be. Our webhooks feature is working as expected, and we’ve verified its functionality with you. The webhooks are firing and delivering the payloads as intended. However, since webhook integration often involves custom code and external systems, we’re unable to troubleshoot individual implementations outside of our app. We’re always happy to provide guidance on setting up webhooks and ensuring they trigger correctly within our app. If you’d like to revisit the feature, please feel free to check out our documentation or reach out to [email protected], we’d love to help where we can!
It works sometimes... glitchy and doesn't work most of the time. I feel like I am paying full price for beta software.
