This app has been so helpful for my order management and my customers experience. I love that I can organize my orders by statuses like if it's printed or not and my customers can view that status on their own anytime on the order lookup page. There's so many options to customize the information you and your customers see as well regarding the statuses. Highly recommend if you want to keep your customers informed on their order and keep your orders organized.

Best order status app at the moment. Highly customizable (with not much technical skills needed), affordable and with great support. We managed to customize the widgets just the way we liked and we highly recommend the app.

This app is amazing! Can't recommend it enough. The support team has always been extremely responsive and helpful. It does exactly what you want it to do. Awesome app - I reached out about a feature idea and 2 days later they had implemented it for everyone (control visibility of items on a workflow timeline so customers don't see failure states all the time). We have been using this with the API and the QR code capabilities so that we can automate status updates to notify our customers about our production workflow. Great app!

Good support and great app to reduce unnecessary customer contact. Works well and easy to install. Definitely worth 5stars and definitely a necessary app once your sales volume creates too many wismo contact during the day.

This is the app I have been searching for our stores. It has been challenging to stay in touch with customers throughout the ordering process. WIth custom orders, they can take a bit of time and want to be able to communicate with them throughout the process, but also allow our employees to look up where they are at in the process when a customer calls. Also, want to give the customer the chance to look up the status of their order, and this app provides that too. It is working well for us!
