This app is really fantastic! Has already helped us tremendously to add a good filter and search function to numerous of our webshops. Their service is outstanding, if you send them you will definitely get a response within 5minutes. Definitely recommendable app.

I would absolutely recommend this app to others. I installed the app and after working out the filters I am so happy with it. I love the dashboard and being able to follow all the analytics of my filters. ALSO the app wasn't compatible with my theme straight away so it change one or two things. I contacted the team and within 24 hours they had adapted the app to be compatible with my theme and now it is amazing! Honestly amazing customer service. Strongly recommend.

Not happy at all with this app!! Like many other 1-star reviews - this app broke my theme. Once I downloaded the app, instead of all my items being categorized in the correct collections, every item on my website was grouped into one collection. My website would refresh after about 5 seconds and then correct itself. After I uninstalled the app, it still was somehow connected to my websites theme. I had to reach out to Shopify, and they escalated my issue to their development team because it wasn't an easy fix. Then I reached out to the Developer of the app, and they had to be the ones to fix the issue. Just be cautious when downloading this app!

I am still in the beginning stages of rolling out my website, but this app works great and gives my site intuitive searches and filter abilities. Not only is the platform great, but the support team is amazing. They are quick to help out, quick to get back to you, and easy to communicate with. Special shoutout to Nancy! I have built and managed many Shopify sites for several years and tried so many different apps. This app works great! I have been very impressed. The seamless integration, customization, and dependability are second to none. The support staff are great! They are very responsive and very helpful! 10/10 recommend you use this app!

I am going to give you my honest revieuw and tell you in what situation i would reccomend using their service. To start off the service is a 10/10, the staff go OUT of their way to help you with whatever issiue you got and they are passient and kind, (ass english IS NOT my main) i really appreciate the patient. And their service has a price tag ofcourse and not a small one either, BUT if youre store has over 10k product its so hard to have a good filter systum and thats simply to inportant to leave out, because once you have so many product you dont want to make it a hard time for your customers to buy something on your store! But id day if you procces less then 1k products you may be better of doing it all manually, in the end of the day time is money and to do 12k products mannually cost me too much time, but to procces 1k products mannually it will cost more for their service then it would cost time. That is my honest revieuw on their service, i hope somebody can get all the info they need about this app and have a great e-commerce journey. Kind regards, Leonardo

Absolutely LOVE this app. Its easy to use, and works with the 25,000+ products we have in our store. The only thing I didn't like was that any page the filter was on changed my theme's font to the apps font. However, I sent a support ticket in and my font on the filter pages was immediately changed back to support my themes font. For clarification, the font that the app uses is STILL nice, and would not have stopped me from using the app could it not have been changed. The features this app gives are worth every penny paid. Great customer service! Great app!

Does it let you filter products by tags? yes. It worked fine for us, but the price skyrockets based on how many sku's you have in your store. We had crossed the 10,000 product mark which was the plan we were on, and it PREVENTED PRODUCTS FROM DISPLAYING IN OUR COLLECTIONS. I understand if they would have removed the ability to filter or use their search function as that is what it is here to do, but to tamper with an inherent shopify feature is absolutely inexcusable. We spent two days going back and forth between shopify support and our theme support trying to troubleshoot the issue before someone determined that this app was blocking products from displaying until we gave them more money since we had 10,004 products now instead of 10,000. You can now filter with Meta Tags in themes 2.0, and I would recommend going that route if you can as this app will gouge you. We are paying over $100 a month just to filter, and the prices go up to north of $500 a month depending on how large your catalog is. I do have to dig deeper as this apps support says that Meta Tag filtering is limited to 1000 products on shopify, but I will say that I am very frustrated with the way the app behaved without clear indication of what the outcome of not immediately updating would be. (We just crossed 10,000 products a few days ago)

The app works great and has a lot of nice features such as merchandising rules, collection banners, etc. The best part of the app though is the support, they are always very quick to respond and have been able to solve every issue I come across quickly and also explain how to do fixes / changes myself if needed.

I have been working on my Shopify site for several years now and every app I download, I have a difficult time getting the support I need or any support at all. I have to say that the developers of this app have changed all that! I had a question and not only did they help me right away but they even worked with me to change things a bit to get what I wanted. I was absolutely amazed! I am so very grateful that I have discovered this app and the wonderful support that comes with it. And the app is also very easy to use and intuitive and I'm not smart about this at all. I'm a maker and designer, and so computer skills are not my strong suit so apps like this with staff like this make my time on the computer pleasant and bearable! Thank you so very much for going above and beyond. Your app is going to really help my customers get to the products they want quickly and create better conversion! Thank you for being awesome!
