An extremely useful app, not only it gives the possibility to filter everything in an easy way but their support service is always willing to help. I would recommend this app for everyone.

I have uninstalled this app but still subscription charges added on my monthly billing. Why It happened.
We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your billing. It's important to note that Shopify controls app billing through their API and platform. However, we understand your concern and will escalate this issue to Shopify to investigate further. They'll be able to review the charges and provide clarification on why they were incurred even after uninstalling the app.

Works as expected - when it works. In the last few weeks there have been many outages, sometimes over several days. Since the app is deeply integrated into the store through the search and category pages, when the app fails, the store virtually stops working. I can only advise everyone not to use this app.

This filter is absolutely amazing. I now use it for 3 of my stores. Plus the customer service is second to none. I'm a little tech challenged and they are so patient. They held my hand through the entire set up. Three times!!! I highly recommend this app.

I signed up for the trial with this app and thought it was great. Once it was about to end, I realized that other apps allow the same number of products in a collection to be filtered for the same price or cheaper, so I canceled the trial and went to another app. Customer service understood and very quickly helped me fully uninstall. I can confidently tell you: I have not found another app nearly as good as this, (which is why I'm back!) with every single one of the other apps managing somehow to destroy my theme in one way or another by altering key features in the theme, and customer service taking too long. This app is simple to use yet detailed and has many features. It does not slow your store down and has a great-looking filter. The customer service is great. Yes, it's more expensive than other apps. And yes, it's better than other apps. If you're looking for an excellent collection filter app, this is the one. I highly recommend it.

I have been using the SB app for a good while now and it has been amazing. It has allowed me to make specific metadata edits and allow people to search for hidden elements without them showing on each product page. I have also loved the analytics it pulls from search queries, as it lets us know what customers are looking for and what if there are things we should consider producing etc. The customization on collections has been huge for us too. We needed the variants to show up as single products and have a somewhat custom title which the team was more than able to help with. Every time I need assistance the support is amazing. The app has made our website clearly advanced in terms of UI/UX. Love it!

We've been using this app for a couple of years and it has performed relatively great for us but lately their service (servers) keep on dropping - the current outage is more than 48 hours - which means that none of our collection pages are coming up and since all of our collection pages are setup using this app, our site is essentially down whenever their server goes down. That, to me, is a problem especially during a holiday sales season. Not being able to count of quick resolution of issues and not having a backup (their app code should be able to revert if it can't connect to their servers) is a problem considering the marketing activities and expenditure that we put in place weeks in advance. Additionally, their systems do not send emails or alerts when their system is down so the only way to know about these issues is to constantly check the status of your site (and specifically the collection pages) or via customers sending us messages that the site isn't showing any products (what happened this past labor day weekend). I really like the app and its capabilities but they have to do more work around stability of their servers and proactive alerting to their customers when their systems go down.

The best part of the app is the support, Nancy always responds and resolves every issue I come across quickly, and guild me to do fixes myself as well, much appreciated! If you don't find the feature on dashboard, ask and the support team will help you to figure that out.

This is the best Search and Filter app in Shopify apps. Especially the support team, they are fast and effective. The app is really great , and very recommend this app to everyone that wants an advance search and product filter.

It breaks your theme and your customizations. You should first have a backup and try it before implementing to your store. They seem nice, try to help, I appreciate that. But it does not work properly. I hope it does on your store.

It's a really good app, very intuitive and the support is truly great. They've been available every time I needed them, and the app's functionality does exactly what I was looking for. I spent a long time searching for something that could do what I needed, and this app has given me just that and more. Highly recommended.
