I have been using the SB app for a good while now and it has been amazing. It has allowed me to make specific metadata edits and allow people to search for hidden elements without them showing on each product page. I have also loved the analytics it pulls from search queries, as it lets us know what customers are looking for and what if there are things we should consider producing etc. The customization on collections has been huge for us too. We needed the variants to show up as single products and have a somewhat custom title which the team was more than able to help with. Every time I need assistance the support is amazing. The app has made our website clearly advanced in terms of UI/UX. Love it!

We've been using this app for a couple of years and it has performed relatively great for us but lately their service (servers) keep on dropping - the current outage is more than 48 hours - which means that none of our collection pages are coming up and since all of our collection pages are setup using this app, our site is essentially down whenever their server goes down. That, to me, is a problem especially during a holiday sales season. Not being able to count of quick resolution of issues and not having a backup (their app code should be able to revert if it can't connect to their servers) is a problem considering the marketing activities and expenditure that we put in place weeks in advance. Additionally, their systems do not send emails or alerts when their system is down so the only way to know about these issues is to constantly check the status of your site (and specifically the collection pages) or via customers sending us messages that the site isn't showing any products (what happened this past labor day weekend). I really like the app and its capabilities but they have to do more work around stability of their servers and proactive alerting to their customers when their systems go down.

The best part of the app is the support, Nancy always responds and resolves every issue I come across quickly, and guild me to do fixes myself as well, much appreciated! If you don't find the feature on dashboard, ask and the support team will help you to figure that out.

This is the best Search and Filter app in Shopify apps. Especially the support team, they are fast and effective. The app is really great , and very recommend this app to everyone that wants an advance search and product filter.

It breaks your theme and your customizations. You should first have a backup and try it before implementing to your store. They seem nice, try to help, I appreciate that. But it does not work properly. I hope it does on your store.

It's a really good app, very intuitive and the support is truly great. They've been available every time I needed them, and the app's functionality does exactly what I was looking for. I spent a long time searching for something that could do what I needed, and this app has given me just that and more. Highly recommended.

I would absolutely recommend this app to others. I installed the app and after working out the filters I am so happy with it. I love the dashboard and being able to follow all the analytics of my filters. ALSO the app wasn't compatible with my theme straight away so it change one or two things. I contacted the team and within 24 hours they had adapted the app to be compatible with my theme and now it is amazing! Honestly amazing customer service. Strongly recommend.

I am still in the beginning stages of rolling out my website, but this app works great and gives my site intuitive searches and filter abilities. Not only is the platform great, but the support team is amazing. They are quick to help out, quick to get back to you, and easy to communicate with. Special shoutout to Nancy! I have built and managed many Shopify sites for several years and tried so many different apps. This app works great! I have been very impressed. The seamless integration, customization, and dependability are second to none. The support staff are great! They are very responsive and very helpful! 10/10 recommend you use this app!

Does it let you filter products by tags? yes. It worked fine for us, but the price skyrockets based on how many sku's you have in your store. We had crossed the 10,000 product mark which was the plan we were on, and it PREVENTED PRODUCTS FROM DISPLAYING IN OUR COLLECTIONS. I understand if they would have removed the ability to filter or use their search function as that is what it is here to do, but to tamper with an inherent shopify feature is absolutely inexcusable. We spent two days going back and forth between shopify support and our theme support trying to troubleshoot the issue before someone determined that this app was blocking products from displaying until we gave them more money since we had 10,004 products now instead of 10,000. You can now filter with Meta Tags in themes 2.0, and I would recommend going that route if you can as this app will gouge you. We are paying over $100 a month just to filter, and the prices go up to north of $500 a month depending on how large your catalog is. I do have to dig deeper as this apps support says that Meta Tag filtering is limited to 1000 products on shopify, but I will say that I am very frustrated with the way the app behaved without clear indication of what the outcome of not immediately updating would be. (We just crossed 10,000 products a few days ago)

The app works great and has a lot of nice features such as merchandising rules, collection banners, etc. The best part of the app though is the support, they are always very quick to respond and have been able to solve every issue I come across quickly and also explain how to do fixes / changes myself if needed.
