When you delete this app it messes with the original set up of your cart and they aren't very helpful in fixing it because I guess your not a customer anymore.

We run a business ourselves, so we understand that things can go wrong — but what’s most concerning is when a company can’t even confirm the cause of an issue coming directly from their own app. We weren’t asking for new features or a project-based request — we were simply asking for urgent support to resolve a problem their app created. Unfortunately, the lack of ownership and the inability to provide answers made this process far more stressful and time-consuming than it needed to be. If your business relies on timely support and accountability, this may not be the right fit.

Great Support and Quick Resolution I had an unexpected charge after my free trial ended, but when I reached out to UpCart’s support team, they responded promptly and helped resolve the issue quickly.
