John from the UpCart team was incredibly helpful. He helped us properly configure the express checkout buttons and ensured everything was working smoothly on our store. It's always great to work with support that is knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help.

Customer service is absolutely useless. I reached out for support because there is no setting to adjust text size, and their only solution was to 'hire a developer.' Why use an app if I have to hire someone anyway? This app clearly doesn't value its customers. I do not recommend it to anyone.
