Die App ist sehr einfach aufzusetzen. Der Support durch einen KI bot ist der beste, den ich bisher in einer App erlebt habe. Man kommt immer sehr schnell zu einer Lösung. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Upsell sektion. Die ist sehr dürftig und nicht ansprechend zu designen.

Great app, easy to customize the cart and customer service is great! Had help by Lilllian who was swift to answer and help me, nothing at fault there! But I do fint the monthly subscription expensive which is why im giving it 4 stars. Looking for a cheaper alternative for this reason.

This is a good app and the team provide good customer service. Hailey was very helpful. I wish it was a bit easier to set up (for us non-techies) but other than that happy with it.

I had originally written a 1-star review because something on my invoice did not add up and I thought UpCart was charging a percentage of my sales. Their team reached out to me and patiently explained to me their pricing model and how that works. They clarified all of my doubts and it's clear that they really care about their product and having happy customers. Because of that experience, I'm amending my review to 4 stars. I don't give 5 stars, because I still don't understand why this tool can't be a one-time subscription model regardless of how many orders I have on my shop. However, if you're looking for a nice cart drawer solution, and don't mind their pricing model, this tool has been a breeze to install and use!

With that in mind, allow me to explain why UpCart's pricing is structured this way. UpCart isn't just an upselling app, and this is why we don't charge on a per-upsell basis. UpCart's main value is giving your customers a convenient, always accessible, and easy way to manage their cart while browsing your store. Normally they'd have to load a whole new page (.../cart) to do so, which adds friction to the transaction and may increase churn. The best way to judge UpCart's impact is by looking at the number of orders generated, since every order interacts with UpCart and gets value from it. app doesn't 100% synchronize with my store but still, you won't find better app for cart upsells so I fully recommend, try it out on your store. Also big thank you to Jacinda from the support team. She helped me with my problems and was very patient! Great support

We were instantly pleased with the integration of quick checkout options (PayPal, Amazon and Apple Pay payment buttons); something many Cart Drawer applications don't provide. Unfortunately UpCart lacks in customisation options; specifically design and style. Almost perfect but still needs more work.

The app and UI is very nice. Very easy to use and it does convert. The problem is, many times there is a 1-3 second delay in seeing the item in your cart. It makes me wonder how many sales are lost because of this issue. Hopefully they can solve the lag issue because I'm not sure it's worth the upsells if I'm losing sales altogether from the lag.

I have tried this , the ui is fantastic , no one can beat the ui , all three app made by this team are fantastic in terms of UI , but the reason I still cannot use this app is the little lag to come our cart when customer click add to cart. So, if they improve this I am going to add it :). You can definitely try this app.

The response time was fast and they helped resolve our issue quickly. We had an issue with the cart that was resolved same day.
