The app has been a mess to my store, I am really frustrated, it duplicates the free gifts so I lost a lot of money, I contacted customer service multiple times and they are great but they didn´t fix the problem,
uninstalled but kept charging me
charged on my latest bill for the application Upcart Cart Drawer, which was already uninstalled from my store.

The charge on your bill is tied to how Shopify handles app billing cycles: a charge gets generated at the start of each 30-day billing period, and if that cycle started before you uninstalled, it still appears on your next Shopify invoice even though future billing stops the moment you uninstall. It's very bad the cart just zooms in on ios and for this reason I've had many abandoned carts

By default, Upcart inherits fonts and sizing from your store's theme, which on some iOS setups can render larger than expected and give the impression of a zoomed view. This is fully customizable inside the cart editor, you can override theme fonts and sizing directly so the cart fits your design exactly. WARNING: Doesn't work with Shopify's latest default theme. I spent 1-2 hours setting it up, assuming it would work with the Horizon theme, only to find that it isn't supported. Customer support told me to switch the Dawn theme, which obviously I'm not going to do after the whole site has been built on Horizon. Very disappointed with the app and surprised it doesn't support Shopify Free Themes.

not compatible with the IMPACT theme, so you cannot add the upsell in the cart page

The app was working well before, but for the past month it hasn’t been loading within Shopify. It’s still active on my store, but I’m unable to open it and make any changes. I’ve noticed several other users mentioning the same problem. Could you please advise if there’s a fix or if I should consider using an alternative app?
Do not use it if you have multiple languages in your shop. The app has no translation possibilities included. You can only use translate and adapt which is highly limited in metafield data and will therefore not solve your problem. Very sorry, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this app. Support was also not bringing up any solutions that are applicable.

I’ve been using UpCart for a while, and the app itself has potential — but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They take forever to respond (if they even reply at all), and when they do, the answers are generic and unhelpful. It feels like they don’t actually read what you write or care about solving your issue. I’ve spent hours trying to fix simple problems that should have been resolved in minutes if proper support existed. Definitely not what you expect from a paid Shopify app.
Very bad support, i have an issue with their cart since 6 days, still waiting for their technical support to even look at my issue. Only chat support asking me to wait until technical support is available, 6 days already i don't recommend this app at all.

The upsell function doesn't have the option to automatically display and apply the discount code.

When you delete this app it messes with the original set up of your cart and they aren't very helpful in fixing it because I guess your not a customer anymore.
