I have been using this app for 4 months and my stats are impressive. I have a 261% open rate on notification e-mails. Where else can you get that!

I am changing my review from 5 star to 2 star. In the beginning it seemed that with the functionality and features (plus an immediate order/conversion) this app was going to be our email service. After a few months, the conversion rates dropped significantly. $99 is a very high cost. We currently use another app (sms), thats $49 and the conversions are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Canceling this app. Emails don't matter if they aren't being opened. ROI is not there.

This app is a must for any Shopify store. It makes so much sense - our emails with the highest open rate are now looking on brand whilst being fully utilised with opportunities to sell more and inform our customer. Not only is it easy to use and navigate, but the customer service is amazing as well. No questions left unanswered. Highly recommended!

AMAZING! We just finished our free trial, but the entire process has been seamless thanks to the Spently team!! Everything from the set-up to onboarding has been exceptional. They even scheduled calls in advance to discuss any questions we had and how the ROI on our email campaigns has already set-in within a week!

This app is great. They set up all my emails how I liked them and just a few weeks in and already generating great revenue for us. Customer Service is also great, whenever I have an issue or want to change something I can email them and get a response within minutes. Looking forward to the future and seeing how great this can work.

This is one of the few apps that delivers a reasonable ROI. It's simple to set up, effective, and starts providing returns in days instead of weeks or months. So far, we've been very happy with its performance.

Pretty good app. But features are simple for what it does. Way too expensive if you're just at the start of the premium tier doing 1001 orders a month, that's like $0.40 tax on every order you make, for emails being sent from shopify, not even the app. The app just generates some discount codes for you and product images after setting up the initial templates. As much as I like the app, I'm urgently looking for alternatives because it does not make business sense in the way they are charging for the app

What I enjoy about this app is how it uses unique codes per customer so they don't get picked up by the coupon websites. Also the code is based on the customers name to add that personal touch. I haven't built out all of my automation emails yet, however I see them as being very powerful once you know how often your customers are needing to buy your products.

At first I was a bit confused with all the settings but after a great help from Callum my fears disappeared and I got confidence in the App. I will start to using from today and I will get back in 14 days and make a new review of how it has worked for me. As our business has grown online Spently contacted me to ask about upgrading to a paid package. Financially it seemed to make sense and so we did. Jaret talked me through the set up process and Grace sorted out all the creatives for the follow up emails. This should lead to better responses which I'm looking forward to seeing. So far the experience has been flawless, brilliant even. A Zoom chat first, then creative input and updates all managed by Spently. This is not an app created in a bedroom somewhere (well, maybe it is, but it doesn't show!) Try the free plan, if it looks like its working for you its a no brainer to move to paid as your store grows. Perfect!

Excellent customer service; when I had a problem they responded right away and fixed the issue immediately. The interface looks great and free feature seems plenty. I just started using this app, but it seems like it will be great!!
