We spend quite a bit on channeling traffic to our store using paid advertising. It was effective, but we still had difficulty maintaining this new audience. Spently allowed us to reach out to these customers with strategic automated follow-ups, along with customized order notifications that provided users with discount codes, and personalized recommendations —all of which have helped us maximize our customer lifetime value. With that said, Spently has generated 35,000$ in ROI for us just this past year, so we couldn’t be happier.

App works great and the team is really friendly. But not like, too friendly, ya know? I feel like they'd be the types of people that would want to pet my dog if I walked into a room with her but still able to hold an intelligent conversation without being too distracted by her cuteness.

Great app! The analytics and template options are really top notch and the integration with Shopify was a breeze. Plus, we're making money! We've run into a couple minor hiccups along the way but the customer service honestly could not be any better. Definitely recommend.

Nick and his team at Spently are a pleasure to work with. They designed and set up our Shopify notification emails very quickly using our store and brand guidelines. So far Spently has helped us generate $3,593 in just a few months. Spently is a no-brainer, the service and app pay for itself over and over again. We love it!

Absolutely an amazing & A must have app. As you are busy running your business this amazing app helps you stay in touch with your clients. The Team are amazing!!!!! as some of our business needs were tailored for us. they are great to work with, and are always there to help you through setup etc. We would highly suggest that all businesses use this app.

We previously used another tool to edit our store notifications and after no support and limited functionality we came across Spently. By far the best app and customer support I have come across. They were able to get me up and running in no time and the revenue they have generated for me to date is well worth the cost over $6k so far. The templates look great and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely the worst now since it changed from Spently to this new group. We have been with spently for 5 years, and had amazing ROI. Over the last week it seemed like something was wrong with our retargeting emails with spently, then to very quickly find out that it was taken over by another company. All of our emails looked horrible, not how they did on spently, and people were only getting the receipt emails and delivery. Thus costing us lost sales!! DON'T waste $99 monthly. Go to Orderly. Their system is very up to date with the times, and have many features.

I found the app very easy to install which is great because I am not tech savvy at all. I have only had it installed for a few days, so I am excited to see what happens.

Really enjoying this app. Updating our notification emails could not be easier...once you get used to their setup. We were having an issue that their customer service team had to update in their app and they did so in a day or 2. Their customer service is VERY responsive and helpful. I can highly recommend Spently.

I have not been using this app very long on both of my shopify sites, but the short time i have been working with it has already made a difference. The level of care and support I have received has been nothing short of astounding - im looking at you, Armando! Thank you for your help, knowledge and patience. Ill say it again - this app is pure genius! As ecom sites, the only "real" store front we have are homepages and - believe it or not - emails. Spently has helped us bring our storefront style and feel to every email we send and it has proven to really take us to the next level. We feel super professional, fun and put together now. Thanks again! You guys rock!

What a great tool. We were able to drastically improve the standard shopify emails with the excellent Spently templates and, more importantly, build out some robust follow-up email campaigns that can be triggered by all sorts of ecommerce activities. I was really impressed by the capabilities and integrations.

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt compelled today. This must be one of the worst email marketing softwares I've ever come across. Their old template builder was pretty ordinary (not very good). But their new template builder is literally one of the worst pieces of software I have ever come across. And I've used many.
We've worked very hard to continue to update our app since you last used it. It is now easier than ever to design all 21 of your Shopify notifications with our template builder and global settings. This allows you to configure all of your notifications at once, saving you time so you can get back to running your business. In addition, we've also made significant improvements to all of our marketing components giving you more control of your recommendations and unique personalized discounts. Lastly, we are always here to help you, so if there is something you are trying to achieve in our template builder or app, but can't get quite right, we'd be happy to do it for you. The support has been first rate with Spently with on the highest plan having emails rolled out and recommendations made makes the process a lot more efficient and helps get best practices up and running asap!
