Spently is a great app! All of the features gave us both the flexibility to choose from ready-to-use templates as well as the ability to use a bit of coding when we wanted to go further into design customization. We’ve also been able to use follow up emails to help bring back customers that had abandoned their carts as well as implementing a Referral Program which is something we wanted to do for a long time. We would highly recommend this app, whether it’s for the work it does or the support team which provided us with an amazing service so far.
I am following up again regarding my previous request. It has now been 17 days since my first message, and I have not received any response or seen any progress. This is very concerning. I’ve been a long-time user of UpOrder and even left a 5-star review back in 2018. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been the opposite. At this point, I have no access to real support: • Chat appears to be AI only and does not resolve issues • I sent multiple emails with no response • I cannot find a way to reach a real person The issue I raised is important: With Shopify introducing Store Credit, your app currently does not support a proper email template. Customers are receiving a “refund” notification instead of a Store Credit message, which is misleading and creates confusion. This requires a proper solution—a dedicated Store Credit notification template. Additionally, I need clear guidance on how to reach your support team directly. To be transparent, if I were a new Shopify user experiencing this level of support, I would likely choose to avoid this app entirely. I am disappointed, especially as a long-term customer. Please respond as soon as possible and advise on: • Store Credit email template support • A direct way to contact your support team I hope this can be resolved quickly. Using the free version so can only use the Order Confirmation email. When my customers order they automatically receive an email with a Thank You discount offer, plus recommended products for them - this has increased volume and value of sales. Great stuff!!

If you want to create a customized, more complex notification this app is hands-down the best one out there. Highly recommend Jason with Evivo.com
We are incredibly impressed with the quality of service and support we have received from Spently. Branding is extremely important to our shop and the new templates we have implemented with Spently have taken our customer experience to the next level. Prior to Spently, our abandoned cart recover was approximately 4%. Within two weeks of using Spently, our rates have increased to 8.7%, above Shopify's average. *** UPDATE ** - Over 9.5% of our Cart Recovery emails are being completed now!!! Amazing. FURTHER UPDATE - As of this morning 21% of our recovery emails are successful. Game changing. Thank you. We look forward to finding new ways to work with the automated emails, especially around the major holidays. This app is worth every penny.
Really effective way to customise your order confirmation template. Easy to use drag and drop builder. The team offer amazing support and answer queries fast. Definitely recommend to anyone using shopify!

I've been using Spently for years, but hadn't updated the templates in awhile because I didn't really have the time to invest in redoing everything with their new template builder. Callum reached out and completely redesigned the templates for nothing, which was extremely helpful!
Got the free version with order confirmation email, very easy to edit. Ours looks very professional now compared to the Shopify default. Only wish is to be able to just buy their other template at one time fee since we do not need other paid services. Thanks again! www.TheCommandment.com

Great app with so many different features. Really helpful in taking our business to the next level. Support is amazing too, to work through minor tweeks.
Easy to install and great templates - amazing for the free package. Unable to utilise many of the follow up emails currently due to the cross sell app we have installed. However on contacting someone there on the team at Spently, it was mentioned that they will look to supporting this in the future - personal service, cant be bad!
